I haven't lost any weight, but I'm continuing to exercise and tring to eat better. I need to reduce the amount of food that I'm eating. I hope to lose for next week.

I have an appointment with Curves tomorrow night since I'm only going to be working Monday nights and have free time to exercise now, and time to prep food in advance....(can you tell I'm a little excited about this? :D ) See you all next week!

hehe looks like easter did a number on everyone this year :O
Now im kinda glad i did that SH diet thing. Though i made up for it the day after and regained a little lol. Though i expected that to a point.

Don't feel so bad after seeing so many people gaining weight from easter. I thought I was the only one.. I even increased my exercise that day to burn more calories.. but it didnt help!

FINALLY! 4 pounds gone! Damn plateaus. It took me a couple of weeks to see anything positive but I'm happy now. Since my official weigh in day isn't until Sunday, I won't be moving my ticker til then but man, it sure is nice to finally see progress again. Yea! :D

I'm hoping to be there by next week but even if I only lose a pound at that time, I'll still be happy. I know I'll get there eventually. :)
