I'm up for this. ^_^

Start Weight = 173.3 (If I'm to start with my Monday Weighin this month.) I'll go with the friday weigh-ins here though. ^_^

6 apr= 170.4 (Bah... it was lower yesterday XD Oh well. :p ) -2.9 lbs
13 apr= 169.3 (A really bad week... got the flue and what nots... so I've been eating to little. -_-; ) - 1.1 lbs

Whenever I plataue I just switch up my workouts and challenge different muscles.. try different foods...just my experience

well i did bad, and got my TOM so...i gained...but watch out next week :D

thanks yogabootygirl. i've revamped my exercise schedule as of yesterday. shall know the effectiveness on my next weighin!

6 apr= 123.0 (I was up to 125 earlier this week, from when I signed up for all this - it was a long weekend of lots of rich food, so I was glad I was only up 2 pounds and now its gone!)

Yep, that was the SH diet, it kicked me into my goal weight which was awesome. Not sure i ever want to do it again though, it was horrid lol
