My name is Dea and I joined today.I have been on a weight loss program here in Australia for 3 weeks now and the thing they say is to drink 2 litres of water a day or more.Which I have been doing. I have always been a slow loser so I think the water has helped. I need to get a conversion to so I can keep up with you all. Have a great week.
I've been slacking with my water drinking at work. Only managed to get in 48oz during the day, so I stepped it up last night and got another 40oz in. Total for yesterday was 88oz.
