I'm behind today...only about 45oz or so. Tomorrow will be better! :)

Keep going at it. Do you know I definitely feel better on the days where I drink a decent amount.

I've had 1 1/2 litres today at work, and will drink another pint (20 ounces) tonight before I go to bed.

I think that's about 80 ounces in all.

I am very well acquainted with the Ladies room these days!

There's so much on this site that's so helpful, I just joined and I started the March challenge and now I need to start this. I have a hard time with drinking enough water. Truth is I used to HATE water with a passion. Drinking it made me feel nauseated... don't ask me why... I know it's weird. But I taught myself to drink it! WOO! The only problem is now drinking enough. I don't feel thirsty too often and it's hard to drink when you're not thirsty. I tend to drink most of my water at work (when I'm bored, lol). At home I don't drink it too often.

Today at work I drank 40 oz... still lots of room for improvement.
 
I think when yesterday was all said and done, I only hit about 48oz. Today (12:49pm), I have already hit 48. Hoping for 100oz by days end.
 
I drank 64 oz both yesterday and today and that was enough of a challenge. I have no idea how anyone would be able to drink 100 oz, heh.

Even though water and juice is all I've drank for a year and four months, [That is how long I've gone with absolutely no pop!] , I do need to drink more water.
I'm going to join you folks!
 
Wednesday - 96oz at least
Thursday - can't reminder - maybe 64?
Friday - I'm working on it - 16 so far.

That sounds like a good idea. I am really thirsty too. I think I might try to drink a whole gallon today. I will drink it slowly to avoid water intoxication though.

. . . just sipping the day away.
 
Welcome bjhealth...a whole gallon...I gotta go just thinking about it :). Anyway, today I'm behind...only about 50oz.
 
hi everyone. this may sound a little weird but i drink close to 175oz/5lts evryday. It is not a conscious effort but a habit.
also in my culture drinking cola/wine with our food is not common.
i've a 1 1/2 litre/52.5oz bottle on my table that i keep guzzling from & refill it regularly. I also have 1 litre/35oz of warm water first thing in the morning. something they taught us in the yoga classes at school & it stayed with me.
 
I have good days and bad days when it comes to drinking water. Thought I might join in hopes of more good days :)
