Oh my, she returns. I love you Der! Come back to the forum and then I might too...
Like I said, after Derwyddon left it all kinda went downhill.
People choose to leave for better things, obviously.
I guess people are coming to the realization that spending too much time online isn't fruitful and serves only to get emotional acceptance by sharing their interests and attempts with others, which, again, serves to indulge something that can't be indulged - emotions. Once you realize your attempts are simply causing more problems rather than fixing them, you leave and join the real world. I choose both the virtual and the real in moderation, it gives me access to highly intelligent people while I can stay in the environment that I love being in, I have trouble finding people who can have good conversations with me because I'm such a god damn nerd and have a good grasp at such things like quantum physics and the like that I must use technology to indulge my need for congruent conversations...
Or it's all Der's fault.

I know Der is a person who can hold her end and argue against many things related to fitness...and, well, I am betting she is indulging her need to help others with her knowledge a good deal. Good for her!
I'm going to bug her now.

yeah I am using firefox and the web browser opens this up automatically as long as the tab is open. I am predicting once FOCUS stops posting to our dual log I will just close the tab and return in another six months.... maybe.

I don't really post on any forums anymore, just way too busy with work these days. I found the longer I spent on here the less actual work I got done so now I don't post I'm far better off financially.

For myself, I care more than I ever did, and am making better progress.
I simply don't require external validation; while I do enjoy frolicking, around the time I disappeared, it seemed like there was way too much estrogen just flying all over the place, which as we all know can ruin any good thing.
Do we consider 42 an old-timer? If so, here I am, lol.
I know, I just have fun joking about it. Still can't believe I'm 42. Lucky for me I come from a family of good physical genetics and most of us look younger than we really are.
