anonymous losing inches

i couldnt run much last week
argh i hate it when i dont run:S
 
did one mile only today and that is in 9 minutes:|
i need my enthusiasm back..oh where oh where is my enthusiasm oh where oh where can it be????
 
My weight training starts tomorrow woohoo i am so excited..
i hope i loose some inches..i will measure myself tomorrow and i will report after 6 weeks:)

chest 32`
rib cage 27.5
waist 26
abdomen 28
hips 35.5`(problem area:|)
biceps 10`
triceps 11.5`
wrist 5.5`
thighs 22`(Major problem here:()
calf 13`
Ankle 7.5`
knee 13.5`
 
i did one mile warm up before lifting weight,ahem ahem they are baby weights
one kg each;)
then i did 3 sets of bench press 10 times each
3 sets of hamstring /butt lunges 10 times each
3 sets of shoulder press 10 times each
3 sets of triceps extension10 times each
then i did 30 pushups..plus i had 15 minutes ab workout too:)
i bet i am gonna be sore.
 
i know i was Disappeared suddenly..and yes i have not been exercising and eating like a pig..but thank god i didnt gain any weight
i will start doing my exercisies today
kick my @$$ if i dont ..ok?

i am still not moving my butt..but i will from tomorrow..now stop kicking will u?:|
 
My body fat percentage is 23% and now i will focus on kepping it lower than 20 may be 18..let see how it works
Current weight is 105 lbs and i am planning to shed another 5 lbs.
these are the Goal for now..i hope i stick to my words this time around

i wish some one could do exercises on my behalf while i could lay on my couch and watch a movie
 
i bought biggest loser dvd..and it has 6 weeks work out plan and exercises i just have to motivate myself to use it
and that is the hardest part
