Hi there, I know there are some foods that you build up in your body and become alergic to. like you build up an intolerance to them. Sounds crazy but it happened to my husbands Nana she became alergic to a couple of different foods, that she had been eating all her life but now were prodcuing a reaction from. She cut them out all together for a few years and now finds she can eat little bits of them again in small doses. Its hard to get exercise to beome a regular habbit. Some people take to it quicker then others (i am not one of those people lol) But you are doing really well, and small changes at a time are really the best way to go.
 
Well.... today was my weighin and no change in weight as far as I can tell.
Gosh I really want to get a digital scale. I hate the one we have b/c you have to adjust the little needle and it never goes to the right spot so weighing is always off.


Eating went.. well.. just alright today. Not great but not too bad heh.

No exercise. Was out most of the day so didn't really do anything :)

My bf and I went and saw the movie V for Vendetta. HIGHLY recommend this movie for those who like dark action movies. It was SO good. The end just made me want to sob (think some of that was b/c of pms though ;) ) . The dialogue is so well done, and the acting was fantastic.

And after the movie we went to the grocery store. BLEH is all I can say for the Walmart we went to. They had like no section for women's tennis shoes.. it was all dress shoes and sandals... but men had a nice big section for their tennis shoes.... :\

AND THEN! lol.. We couldn't find where the scales were. We looked all over that store and didn't see them anywhere. Also totally forgot to get the Biggest Loser workout dvd.
BLEH lol.....bleh bleh bleh... I hate freakin Walmart sometimes....... damn them! *shakes fist* hehe

I did exercise on Sunday though..... I did 18mins of Power90 Sculpt 1-2 dvd. The entire section runs for about 28minutes... but 18 was all I could do. I was just weak as all get out and couldn't even lift the weights.
I tryed to do some aerobics stuff after... but I was still way too weak feeling heh.

So I decided to go on the treadmill for a little while. Just a walk. Went barefoot b/c as I said before... the shoes I have are too small :p
Anywho....I decided I was in the mood for a run.. so I put the speed at 3.5 (fast for my short legs hehe) and ran for a minute before I got a cramp and had to stop ehehe...
It actually felt kinda good to jog though. I thought I would have a tougher time doing it but.. it wasn't all that bad. :)

Okedoke.. I've blabbed on long enough! Hope everyone is doing great!!

Zoila.. hmm.. I'm not sure if it is certain foods that's causing it or what *shrugs*

And I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who has a hard time getting into the habit of exercising heh. :D

Today was a decent eating day for me!!

Considering that it's TToTM for me... I'm not scarfing everything in sight down heh.

I am getting some bad cravings for meat though... that's why I plan on cooking steak for dinner tomorrow heh.
Bleh.. I hate cravings...mainly b/c most of the time we don't have what I want hehe.

I ate about 1600-1800 calories today. LOT better than the 2k+ I have been eating.

I think I get hungry/snacky so much though b/c I don't drink enough. I'm just not a big drinker. I drink something when I wake up.. drink something at dinner.. and then another drink at night and that's it most of the time.

Like if we go out to eat. Everyone else will have had their glasses filled at least 3 times by the time I even get half way down my glass... if that.

*shrugs*


No exercise today though. I was totally glued to the book I was reading. I couldn't put it down until I was finished with it.

Kinda rushed in a few parts of it, but still an amazing book that I thoroughly enjoyed :)


So yeah.. today was pretty darn good!
Not really looking forward to exercising this week since it is ttotm... but I'll force myself to do something heh.

Lokks like you are doing awesome!!!! Don't stop... Try going to payless shoes store. I love them shoes there and sometimes they got them buy one get half off dael. So you could buy your tennies and then get some sexy sandals so when you go out. :p Hope you have a good and stay POSITIVE
 
Doh.. I totally forgot about payless shoes.
Only one I know about though is in the mall and.. uuugh I hate the mall... heh
Think there might be a payless store other places.. can't really remember.. dern... I'll have to ask bf when he gets home :)
 
Who knew that white rice of all things has so many dern calories??? I mean it's not insane amount or anything, but still alot more than I thought it would be.

I did eat a lil more meat than I had intended though heh. My mom brought over some yummy bulgogi and *drooooools* I couldn't resist them. They're sooooo good.

No exercise still.. my back is killing me and I can't really do much other than complain about it heh :eek:
 
Okedoke.. fergot to come back and report on my days progress heh...

Well.. yesterday and today weren't all that great eating wise or exercise.
Exercise.. I do have a legitimate excuse heh... I was waiting to get my shoes.. which I finally did tonight! YAY!

I'm not sure if I should wear socks with them though.... I mean.. I think I should... but I'm not sure if they're those type of running shoes you don't have to wear socks with? *shrugs*
I'll just do whatever is comfy heh.. not like I'm gonna be wearing them out in public :)

I know my weighin on Monday isn't gonna be changed any.. but that's going to change next Monday.. I guarantee it! :D
 
Congrats on getting your running shoes! No you dont have any more excuses. Lol. I have never heard of running shoes that you don't wear socks with, but that doesnt mean much. There are tons of stuff I have never heard about. Btw, what is bulgogi?

I really miss eating rice. I hardly eat it anymore. Everything I like has too many calories. lol. I miss rice, pasta, and bread the most. I think though, brown rice isnt supposed to be so bad. And some people have suggested that I try whole wheat pastas.

Lot of people call bulgogi korean BBQ.
It's sooo yummy... thin strips of beef are marinated in this soysauce based mixture then either fried up or grilled.
I can't make it for the life of me... I have no idea what I do wrong but it never comes out tasting like how my mom makes it heh.


Yep... I have no more excuses not to exercise anymore :) heh.. not sure if that's a good thing though lol
 
Hi there, I dont really like wearing socks with my runners, they get too hot. I buy those ankle stockings, so the shoe still slips on easily but I dont overheat. Sounds like you are doing really well. Keep it up.

So... today is Monday... changing my weighin day to Tuesday for now since I'm gonna be taking part in that newbie challenge :)

I am feeling a bit of hesitation to exercising though. I can't help it! lol.. I just hate doing it so much. I'd rather sit here and get fatter... actually... minus the fatter part.. I just wanna sit here!
But I can't! 30min from now.. once my yogurt has settled... I'm gonna march my butt to the treadmill and exercise! No matter how I'm feeling! I gotta start trying to make this a habit of mine.
It's gonna be hard as crud trying to do that since I don't like it though.

*sigh* And I thought quitting smoking was bad heh. Never thought trying to start a better new habit would be harder. :p
 
Oh yeah.... we finally got a digital scale! It's weird to use though... I haven't read the instructions but it keeps track of 2 ppls weights and then tells you how much you've lost or something like that.

It does show a 3 lb different over my other scale. Think I'll believe the digital one b/c that other one we were using just isn't very reliable since the needle doesn't sit on 0... ever... no matter how you try to adjust it :p
 
Welp... I exercised today! UUUUGH lol....

I did about 25-30mins on treadmill.. can't really remember.
I wanted to go longer but my dern shoes was giving me a blister on my right foot.

I usually don't wear shoes with back heels. I wear shoes Like these pretty much year round..



and when I'm not wearing these type.. I'm wearing flipflops heh.....

so the back of my feet/ankle area isn't used to having shoes rub up against it so it blisters almost instantly. After about 10minutes on the treadmill.. I had to take them off b/c it was starting to hurt too much... :(

I dunno what I'm gonna do.. maybe wear an extra pair of socks and put a bandaid over the area or something.

My food intake was good today.. had about 1600-1800 today :D

Lol.. still not near my 1500 I wanted to do.. but still better than what I usually do eat heh.

Alrighty.. I'm outta here.. my back is killing me atm. Have no idea why.. been like this since Sunday.
Think it's my bf's family fault :p heh. They have one of the most uncomfortable couches EVER. It's like you can't sit comfortably on it. You're always feeling slanted so you never get relaxed.. you're always kinda rigged to keep yourself balanced and I think that's what messed up my back.

Anywho.. I'm off to lay down! Tata!! Weighin tomorrow! Well.. technically today! WOO!
 
UGH... that needle scale is so confusing!!!
Now both of the scales are showing basically the same weight! BLEH.. BLEH I SAY! heh

Today's food and exercise wasn't all that great.

I've been getting some really bad cramps all day long and just didn't feel up to doing anything.

Food intake was once again in the 1800-2000 range. Not great, but still not too terrible.

I can do better though!
I wish I had the willpower to do a 1200 calorie diet again but it's just not enough for me.

I might try it later on though.. for maybe a month or so to see how it feels.


So anywho... my weighin was today and as my ticker says... I'm at 226.... I don't think I've really lost anything though since that is the weight the digital scale is showing.

*shrugs* I dunno heh.....
 
congrats on starting your workouts!!! Its not so bad after a while... I actually have this problem where I don't wanna GO to the gym, but once I'm there, I can't leave...Weird...anyways, keep up the good work!!!
