Well.... today was my weighin and no change in weight as far as I can tell.
Gosh I really want to get a digital scale. I hate the one we have b/c you have to adjust the little needle and it never goes to the right spot so weighing is always off.
Eating went.. well.. just alright today. Not great but not too bad heh.
No exercise. Was out most of the day so didn't really do anything
My bf and I went and saw the movie
V for Vendetta. HIGHLY recommend this movie for those who like dark action movies. It was SO good. The end just made me want to sob (think some of that was b/c of pms though
) . The dialogue is so well done, and the acting was fantastic.
And after the movie we went to the grocery store. BLEH is all I can say for the Walmart we went to. They had like no section for women's tennis shoes.. it was all dress shoes and sandals... but men had a nice big section for their tennis shoes.... :\
AND THEN! lol.. We couldn't find where the scales were. We looked all over that store and didn't see them anywhere. Also totally forgot to get the Biggest Loser workout dvd.
BLEH lol.....bleh bleh bleh... I hate freakin Walmart sometimes....... damn them! *shakes fist* hehe
I did exercise on Sunday though..... I did 18mins of Power90 Sculpt 1-2 dvd. The entire section runs for about 28minutes... but 18 was all I could do. I was just weak as all get out and couldn't even lift the weights.
I tryed to do some aerobics stuff after... but I was still way too weak feeling heh.
So I decided to go on the treadmill for a little while. Just a walk. Went barefoot b/c as I said before... the shoes I have are too small
Anywho....I decided I was in the mood for a run.. so I put the speed at 3.5 (fast for my short legs hehe) and ran for a minute before I got a cramp and had to stop ehehe...
It actually felt kinda good to jog though. I thought I would have a tougher time doing it but.. it wasn't all that bad.

Zoila.. hmm.. I'm not sure if it is certain foods that's causing it or what *shrugs*
And I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who has a hard time getting into the habit of exercising heh.
