American Idol Fans!

I think Sanjaya is going to win. Melinda will get a huge contract and go platinum no matter where she come out in the competition. But a LOT of people are getting into the "vote for the worst" campaign to boost Sanjaya's ratings, and it sure must be working.

I think it would be funny as hell if he won. I can just see Simon scowling now.
 
I think if sanjaya wins it will be the end of the show, and someone who deserves to will be losing the chance of their lifetime!:(
 
Yea, i agree, I think the show will be over. I doubt they'll address the issue though, all it will do is feed those Anti-AI people...I guess some people never grow out of the teenage rebellion stage?

OH, yes! I remember the Kelly/Clay/Rosie deal! TOO funny! Whats funnier is Rosie said what a great friend of Clay's she was and something about him being gay.
 
Ok, I'm a big American Idol fan and I really only got into it last year. I watched the finale for Season 1, 2, and 3, completely missed season 4 and was totally addicted to season 5. This season however is starting to piss me off. Although I liked Chris Sligh I didn't think he'd win the competition but I certainly thought that he'd outlast freakin' Sanjaya. That kid is a no talent freak who is benefitting from a bunch of losers who have nothing better to do than to mess up a simple TV show. And Tom, if Sanjaya wins I'm so gonna eat my shorts!

Ok, here's my run down opinion of all the remaining contestants.

1. Blake (the beat box boy): Love him! Love the timbre of his voice, love his style...I think he's got a great chance to win the competition.

2. Jordin: She's sweet and a highly capable singer.

3. Gina: Rocker chick is gonna get cut soon...but she'll pick up a band and get a contract somewhere.

4. Lakisha: Strong singer, probably a great gospel singer but is choosing songs that are making her boring and not commericially appealing.

5. Chris Richardson: is going to be packing his bags soon...the timbre of his voice annoys me.

6. Phil: is also going home soon.

7. Haley: is playing off of the sex appeal to get her votes. She's not a strong singer and probably won't ever get a contract.

8. Melinda: Great singer....has to start choosing some songs that make her look and sound younger and more marketable.

9. Sanjaya: has got to go. He can't sing, he can't dance, and he's just all around awful. Lucky, but awful.
 
wow, Katie, I agree 100% w/ everything you said!!! WITH THE EXCEPTION, that I LOVE Melinda, and while I do agree she needs to show her youth more, I think she will no doubt have great singing career infront of her :)

OH, and Hailey is absolutely selling the sex, she can not sing!
 
I think melinda is the best singer by far, i dunno if she will win...but if singing counts for anything anymore she has it in the bag:)
 
Yeah Melinda is defenitly my favorite and Chris Richardson keeps getting better but.. I really do think Sanjaya is going to win. And I will stop watching the show. Its just a big joke. People come on their to make there dreams come true.. and he is the biggest joke I have ever seen on this show thus far. It sucks!!!!
 
I think it would be awesome if Sanjaya realized that he is only there as a joke and chose to step down from the competition. I doubt it will happen, but it would be pretty cool and it might save American Idol.
 
actually, this is the first season i'm watching the show, and i'm watching it cuz of him

Gina went home!?!? there are at least 3 people who should have gone home before her. I was out walking, so I too missed the show.
 
I didn't really like her either but .. Hailey, Phil and defenitly SANJAYA!! should have gone first.. he wasnt even in the bottom three! conspiracy
