So basically....Friday I got off work at noon. I went to the alterations place and picked up my dress, went by mom and dad's for lunch, and then dropped my stuff off at the church. We were at the church for a while and then we went and got our nails done. I wanted to get a french manicure but the stupid lady cut all my fingernails off (that i had worked so hard to keep) just because one was short. Ugh I was very irritated. So basically I wasted $13 to have some girl chop my fingernails off, file them and paint them PINK
oh yeah and not to mention make my fingers bleed and sore! I could have done that at home! So then I went by mom's to show her my stupid nails lol and then went by the apartment to change. Greg met me at the church for the rehearsal, we went through that a few times and then we had the dinner at Jeff's sister's house. Greg and I went out after because they had sloppy joes. So then after a long day it was time to go home relax, have some "fun"
and go to bed! LOL!
Saturday was the big day...not mine but a big day still hehe! So I woke up and took Greg and my parents out to breakfast. Then I went and got my hair done....I loved it! Then there was some last minute shopping as usual (card, nylons, etc.) and then off to the church I went to get ready. Then there was the wedding, and then pictures. There was time between the wedding and reception so Greg and I went by Scott & Michelle's. Off to the reception we went...some kid hit Milo's truck and totalled his girlfriend's car. No one was hurt though. So I talked to some people from high school, mainly my ex/former best friend lol at the reception. It was nice seeing him. (He even pulled out the chair for me and everything...crazy lol) I didn't know how things were going to go for a while there because Greg was sitting with my parents and I wanted to talk to some of them and he wouldn't come up there. He was being a loner
I finally got Greg up to dance later in the night though! YAY! I had so much fun! Greg has been soooo super sweet lately! I don't know what the deal is hehe but I love it. I mean, not that he's usually mean or anything lol he's just been...ugh can't explain it. LOL! I asked him what was up, why was he being so sweet lately...his response "because I love you"
So anyway that was pretty much how Saturday went.
Sunday we went out to my cousin's house for a big birthday party. We had to leave early because we had tickets to this thing they were having at the mall in Toledo. It was fun! You paid $10 each to get in and they had people dancing and singing and stuff, the stores had discounts on everything. We definitely saved more than we spent to get in...got a chunk of my Christmas shopping done.
It was a really good time.
