LOL It's a blast. I love sports! I grew up with guys though so it explains why I'm not very girly. Yeah I'm bummed though, it's my last game (I think) LOL! So I'll be bowling through the rest of the year until about April. I want to get back to playing racquetball too, that's so much fun...although we don't reallyplay hardcore or anything like that... OH man i feel like someone just suckedall the life right out of me. So much pressure in my head and my body just aches! I'm going to be sure to get lots of water in today. I'm probably going to have chicken noodle soup for lunch YUMMM

I hope you are not coming down with anything too serious....try gargling warm salt water ....its gross i know..but it does help.......and take some advil for the aches and pain.....
Remember...that when special occasions come up..we dont have to eat it all...eat half then pour salt on the rest....that way you still got to indulge but not OVER indulge......I think it is great that you do so many activities!!!!....My aunt use to be on a bowling team and I spent alot of my childhood at the bowling alley.....and the skating rink....and the community pool... the baseball field......awwwww.....I want to be a kid again......no work just play all day...lol
 
Ok I feel like such an ass!!! I did sooooo bad Wednesday! I don't even want to list all the things that I ate but I guess I will. I'm so sorry Group 2...I promise to bust my butt today!

When I got off of work yesterday, Greg had stopped at Tim Horton's and got me a muffin...ok fine no big deal right. So I go to bowling and bowl better than I ever have before. We were also selling raffle tickets and I am still sick. So it was a very hectic night! I ended up bowling a 218, 235, and 288. So we had gotten pizza there but I didn't eat any because I was bowling so well and I didn't want to mess with anything. So after I bowled my 288 and they announced it over the speaker, there was a strawberry daquiri waiting for me at my table from my brother. Then after I finished bowling completely and beat my high series, they announced it again, and I put my stuff away and there was an amaretto sour waiting for me. I'm not even a drinker! lol!

So anyway I ate the pizza at the end and then on the way home got another muffin and donut. What the hell was I thinking?! :mad: I bowled good but I'm sick and it was a HORRIBLE day for the "diet." I'm so mad at myself and I feel horrible for letting you girls down. I mean my gosh I had like 2000 Calories tonight!!! Ugh! Today will be great though diet wise...just wish I could breathe through my nose. I have a double header tonight too!!!
 
you bowled a 288!!!!!!!!! OMG! Last time I bowled think I got a 48 or 68 LMAO!

Ok Amanda, You put me to shame with the bowling I average about 70. but it is really fun to bowl so I don't care that i suck. congratulations.
Now the food, It is time to get back on track, i know you can do it. Maybe you can go for a bike ride today to make up for some of the celebration you did. anyway, I totally understand, there is something about bowling allies that just make you want to indulge in all the goodies they have!

On to a new day! :)

Thanks so much for the encouragement girls. I felt horrible like I was going to let everyone down. But now, I know that's NOT going to happen!!!

Now about bowling. thanks girls! It felt great! Bowling is fun no matter how well you do! Well to me anyway lol 288 isn't normal for me either lol I was just having a really good day! Just to think though, I was technically only 3 pins away from getting a perfect game (in the first frame I left one pin, on my very last ball I left two pins...everything else was a strike). I'll get it soon enough...maybe this year? :p

My cold is starting to break up a bit now. It stinks because my nose hurts SO BAD but I feel better because it should be gone soon (the cold, not my nose! lol). So um I played my double header last night. It actually made me feel al little better. We lost both games though. I played alright, nothing great but not bad either. It was fun though anyway.

Eating was strange yesterday...I didn't make good choices but I did stay within my calories, plus I had 2 ball games worth of exercise. I'm happy!

If you stayed in your cals and burned some on top of it, then you had a good day! I have to remind myself that I can't beat me up any more. Why would I do that to myself - if I did it, then everyone else would have permission.

You girls are awesome. :) Today so far so good. I'm trying to not eat much this morning and afternoon, we're going to Cedar Point (amusement park) again tonight and I'd really like to be sure that I keep things in order. That shouldn't be too tough though, I can do it. :)
 
I find if I continuously feed my body, it can't get cravings to overeat later. It is just trying to compensate. So if I know I'm going out to eat tonight, I'll still eat my meals, and order something small and pile water on my stomach beforehand, in case I feel deprived. I've gotten used to this, though. 6 meals a day is a lot! I didn't realize!

Have fun @ Cedar Point!!! Remember you don't have to gorge on the crappy stuff. There's good stuff that wants to energize you, too :)
 
ok, where are you? only a few days left girly!!!!! Today is Tuesday and we weigh in on Friday!... are you ready? Where are you? What are you doing? how are you doing? you're killing me here!
 
The monthly monster is showing its face again. It sucks so bad, I'm so bloated and I have cramps like I haven't had in a long time. I'm miserable. HOWEVER, I'm still doing pretty good diet wise. I definitely dont' feel like exercising though. I'm hanging in there for you though girls. I have a ball game tonight and Thursday is my last game. Wednesday I have bowling. At least I'll be semi active, that will help a little. I probably got about 2 hours of sleep total last night.
 
Don't you worry though I should be ready to go for the weigh in on Friday :) I just hope that the monster doesn't affect it.
 
Girl we are going through the same stuff at the same time.... sucks doesnt it? We'll get past it... we must be stronger than the monster! somehow !
 
I remember reading in an article somewhere that exercise helps with the crappy feelings that come along with TTOM. Try just a little bit unless you have severe cramps or symptoms. A walk should help, and gets your mind off of things. Great to hear you'll be getting in some activity! :)
 
Amanda....have you tried the midol that is suppose to help with bloating, water retention,cramps/ headaches...and pms?....Also stay away from salty food while you are on it.....( but isnt that WHAT we crave during that time??....lol )
