Hello! Just catching up on your diary. Glad to hear your having lots of sex! As far as the plateau you have hit, if you keep to your plan you should start losing weight again. I have seen it many times in people....nothing and then all of a sudden 2-3lbs come off. I think sometimes your body just has a slower metabolim than others. I won't comment on how much weight you should lose, but be careful. Don't go nuts!

I can relate to spending too much time here. I think I just need to vent and talk things out right now with people who understand my problems. I don't know anyone in "real" life that is compulsive with food like I am. My friends are supportive, but they have no idea how deep it runs. Take a break now and then from thinking about it. Hiya! I hope you had a good holiday. I have posted two articles on this forum 1) an article on supplements and 2) an article from Fitness Mag. about stalled weight loss.

You may consider the amount of good protein you are eating to help with the muscle also.
