I hope that everyone is doing well.
Well I actually had good days on both Saturday and Sunday. I am not sure how much Saturday counts but I will itemise Saturday as we are going away next weekend and I anticipate having some less good days later in the week.
2.5 litres of water is more than sufficient water for my weight. Rounding up from my start weight we get 142 pounds which translates to 71 fluid ounces.
71 * 29.5735 = 2099.72ml this is 2.1 litres. I cannot be bothered to measure so I have 2.5 litres of water every day.
Just noticed that when I lose some more weight and get down to 135 pounds - I can cut my water consumption down to 2 litres and still be healthy
That is not going to happen this week - but hopefully will be quite soon!

1 banana
1 pear
1 pear
1 apple
1 peach
4 plums
