Okay guys, here's the deal. Each team is down to THREE PLAYERS per team. We have THREE WEEKS left in the contest - and we have a new twist!!
Because the Blue Team is in first place, each player on that team will start with 5 points. The rest of us start with 0. (This will make more sense once you see the new stat table.)
How it will work -
For the next three weeks, the weeks will run Sunday through Friday.
Check-in day is Friday before MIDNIGHT EST. Saturdays are "freebie" days.
Exercise requirement is still 180 min/week (30 min/day) - but this will be worth 10 points if you complete the 180.
Bonus challenges will be worth 5 points per each day completed, for a chance to earn 25 points total per week.
Weight loss - pounds lost will be doubled. Lose 1.5 lbs = 3 points.
I will start a new thread and post it here for everyone to post their new stat table.
Let's shake it up and start losing those pounds!!

If any player misses a check-in (doesn't have their stats in on time), they will be automatically eliminated. This includes myself - if I miss a check-in, I will be eliminated from participating, but will still run the contest. (No special dibs here just for being the host.)
I will be sending a prize to the FINAL WINNER! (this is to be determined depending on how the winner would like the prize delivered - not everyone is comfortable giving out their mailing address online)
