actually, if you want to be specific, it's genes or genetics.

But I don't think picking apart his spelling or grammer is proper conduct. Let's not do that anymore. Discuss his process, discuss the science or such but let's keep it above board got it?

Come on Jericho, do you really think Mar was making fun of his spelling? Caiqipp typed "genie" instead of "gene", no big deal, small typo, but it changed the intent of his sentence to something funny and unintended.
This thread has gotten way to heated because of he had said that on any other post it would have been viewed as cute, not being mean to another member, because he wasn't.

Look, I am as guilty as anyone for turning this thread heated but I have to put my mod hat on here. It is heated and you cool it off by cutting stuff like that off before it gets really started. I've promised myself not to even comment on this thread anymore but as a mod. As a mod, I'm doing my job here.

I wasn't picking apart spelling or grammar. I knew exactly what the intent of the sentence was. I just pictured a giant blue genie popping out of a lamp thats forcing me to be fat, and well, as kayshiz said, I found pretty humorous. Like a freudian slip or something. I was actually trying to lighten the mood in here, not be disrespectful - apologies if anyone took it the wrong way.

My post if anything should tell the OP that I'm reading what he has to say, to notice this funny little typo. I haven't been commenting on his methods because I don't agree with them, but I can't rebute them in a respectible way. It I were to comment on what I thought about his methods, I'm sure I'd be saying stuff that would be interpretted as being a bit harsher. ;)

Added post index in the first post of this thread to make it easy to read for new friends into this thread.

Let's relax a bit.

My waistline is less than 25 inches now, close to 24. I'm not proud of it because I got many troubles - the least pants I can find for men are 30WX30L, to wide for me. My wife is jealous, and said: can we exchange anyway?

But ladies, is it where you want to? :)

I would never want a 24-25 inch waist.

why would anyone WANT to have the body of a child?

With good health, it is not bad, even if it might not be good. Body of child is not important for me, but my health is getting back toward to when I was young. That's very important.

You should already find some clues about how to judge. Actually, I think there is no way to exactly judge if a diet plan is effective and safe for you. I also think that the sole way to judge is to practice one plan, and your body is the sole one that can make exact judgment.

For this pattern, you are not sure if the broth and coarse staple food are good. If you have a pet, you could test yourself. You could cook broth following the way of this pattern, then give the broth and the grounded beef residue to your dog or cat, see what they choose. This may give you a clue about proteins – pets should choose one that has more nutrients. The residue may have some broth in it. So to be exact, cook the residue with water for a while to remove remaining broth in it, then give to pets to compare. The result from this experiment should be more exact than what you think. I didn’t do this because I don’t have a pet. But I believe your pet should choose broth. Another way could be: give your pets the residues only, see if they like it or not. This could check if more nutrients remain in the residue or not.

If you would like to let your pet eat the broth and coarse staple food for long time, you should see if the two major components of the pattern are effective or not for pets. If body weight of your pet reduced after 2 or 3 months, it means the pattern works for your pet. It may not make sure the pattern will work for you, but should be more reliable than what you think of the pattern.

Ok. I'm closing this thread down. The information is inaccurate, possibly harmful and of no supportive use. All that is coming from it is bickering.
