Welcome backI used to be really active on this site, and life got in the way it would seem.
I'm stunned to see my original diary still here!
I lost over 80 pounds, and kept it off for about 5 years. Then, life got chaotic and fitness took a back seat. My goal is to reverse that direction.
I'm not sure how active this site is now, but I look forward to having a place to turn to for support and accountability!
Yea i can relate. I drove a truck long haul for awhile and the food on the road..wow. So that and meds i was on it just got bad. Talking on here helps ans logging and counting calories seemed odd at first but now is just something i like to do.Thanks Rebel
I thought a lot about whether I wanted to start posting again - I read my diary yesterday and it was a weird walk down memory lane. So much has changed in the intervening 9 years lol!
I got a job in 2010 and in 2014 started traveling for work a lot - my weight skyrocketed and it's time to take control.
I found when I started back to work I quit exercising. I truly think what worked best for me was the combination of diet/exercise/this forum.
I'm not yet tracking my food - I'll ease in to that, for now, I'll (re)start with my exercise.

Yea that would b a good idea. Last night my movie food was like 1000 calories. I over estimated the buttered popcorn but still.Heading to a movie tonight, I need to come up with a 'snack' to bring besides eating movie popcorn!
