OK - so my days have been packed and I leave tomorrow for my trip. I bought the essentials, some wine, Guiness and Fat Tire. I suppose food for the kidlet is essential too - but at least I'm covered
My weight is moving again! I haven't been tracking calories - I've just been eating my normal food, 3-5 times a day, what I'm hungry for and stopping when I'm done. I'm just taking a break from counting calories and I can't tell you how nice it is to see that scale move!
After not losing, or losing 1-2 pounds in a month, seeing it move 2 pounds in a week was like reaching Nirvana LOL!
I won't worry about the weight while camping - the last 4 day trip I went on, I came home *9* pounds heavier. I nearly freaked! This time, I'm just planning to stay away from as much sodium as possible!
I'm working to hard right now to get OUT of the '70's to struggle with sodium bloat
