Hey good job on the weight and inches lost! It turned out way better than mine, that's for sure! lol
 
Congrats Debbie! You are to the weight stage now where it gets harder to ,ose the weight. But you are doing it. You are one very determined woman!!:p Hope you're weekend went well. We are having tornado watches here so it's been interesting!:eek:

Thanks for stopping by - I will hit diaries a bit later today!

I got my walk in 5.2 miles 55.36 minutes - shaved a minute off of yesterday, although, I don't know how.

I'm back to taking my south walk - it guarentees the 5 miles...where as the north trail I can vary it and was taking 3 milers instead.
 
Ooo...I've beat my time :)

Got my walk in 5.2 miles 54.54 minutes.

I'm going to be really busy this week and then leaving for camping on Sunday, sorry if I haven't hit diaries - I will as I get time.
 
I just can't believe how wonderful you are doing on that walking. I want to know, do you really enjoy it?? Do you listen to music?? If so what? Curious minds want to know. :)
 
You are cranking! I'm doing a steady 3.0 or 3.5 on the hubby's treadmill and it's about killing me..........you are twice as fast. What do you have on the iPod moving you that fast? Gotta get me some of that!

You'll build up your speed, jlynne. I used to walk 3.5 mph on my treadmill too...but built up to 4.2 as my average now. I can go faster when I put it at an incline....also burns more calories! :)
 
Good job with the walking! Keep it up. I prefer to do my walks at night though, when its dark and nice and breezy :p
