woohoo! Good luck everyone. I just snuck in a few oreos. :D hopefully they wont show up on the scale in the mornin....well, gotta be at work at 7 in the mornin, then two days off for me! YAY!

Start weight (January 1st, 2008)= 257.4
Goal weight by January 1st, 2009= 199ish :D

February 1st= 249.6 -7.8lbs
March 1st= 246.6 -3 lbs -10.8 lbs total
April 1st= 239.6 -7 lbs -17.8 lbs total
May 1st= 235.0 -4.6 lbs -22.4 lbs total

I'd like to join this challenge!! I have 140 lbs to lose and I think 75lbs in 2008 is quite do-able. Count me in. The math is not hard where I am concerned lol I weigh 275 now so that leaves my 2009 goal at 200....but I'm with MidGaGuy on the 199-ish:coolgleamA: I want to finally enter one-derland :D
 
I'd like to join in. I don't have 75lbs to lose but I'd like to reach my goal during the year and by the end of the year have continued to maintain that goal weight.

Start weight (January 1st, 2008)= 160
Goal weight by January 1st, 2009= 125

Matching with 75 lbs here

Let's do this. I lost 25 of it last year and gained it all back in the last 4 months...let's keep the motivation high for the new year.

Great job on the 4lb loss Amber. So far so good for me. I'm expecting to have a decent loss this week after coming off the holiday splurge. Then it'll be slow and steady until I reach my goal.

great job amber and krinse :) im doing alright, my weight on the first was 269, and today it was 266.8 :) so i think im off to a good start, but i am big so i will lose fast at first. im still happy to see a loss. today i didnt eat very good, i only ate some bugles out of a vending machine and a low cal smoothie and some cheese crackers. i know the foods werent exactly healthy, but i had to make a trip to the hospital today unexpectedly for my dad, but turns out everything was okay. :) Hope to see all of us suceed in our goals. Glad to hear everything is ok with your dad Emily. Sounds like you're off to a good start. Don't let the bugles bother you, just try and get some healthy foods in tonight.

I too have lost 4 pounds since the 1st. Not too suprising as I weighed 285 on New Years Eve, then 287.5 on the first. Alcohol probably had a lot to do with that.

Went to the gym 4 times in the past 3 days and diet has been good, so maybe 1.5 pounds of that is real, which is great!

Keep going everyone!
