I know alot of thread but we are doing alot more than we did in the other challenge, just more ongoing things...

It's ok Relly you just need to be ready tomorrow!! I've been eating great this weekend but exercise is non-existence! I need to get that in check!
 
Amanda - I havent been exercising either, been takin it easy this week in general...I went on my clinic walk this am, 70mins, lol, it was a damn good work out too!!!But other than that havnt exercised since Thursday...unlike me as well...actually i didnt exercise thursday either or did i? I might have used the bike cant remember
 
Did my last "off" day today. I took out a friend for brunch for her birthday. Of course it was the all you can eat buffet.
So looking forward to this challenge to keep me accountable!! Hoping to lose about 9-10lbs. I did do 45 min on the elliptical as an exercise, but I know it won't count towards next week exercise... LOL

Good luck to us all, let's us all be big losers!!!

Yea I havent exercised since Thursday either.. I fell off the wagon for like 2 days but I got back on quickly this time!! And speaking of goals.. My goal weight loss for the 6 week challenge is to get the 220s.. I'd be happy with 229.. lol as long as I get out of the 230s!! Anyways I'm out I need to study a bit before school tomorrow I have 3 tests this week.. ugh.. stressful!! Anyways I'll looking forward to getting to know everyone!!
 
this challenge could not have come at a better time; I am so done being depressed about how I ruined myself and gained weight after I worked so hard to lose it....I am ready to kick butt and get back to where I was and get my life back....; my size 4 jeans here I come.......:party:
 
Well GL everyone I am sure we all on going to do very well in losing weight eating healthy and getting fit!! Challenges seem to be the BIG step we all need in keeping us all motivated and on track. Let the fun begin :sifone:

I have not had much luck w/challenges before bc I felt so much pressure and would slip into a 'failure type mode.'
I feel really good about this one bc I have learned the hard way that I have to 'forgive' myself for mistakes and just 'move on.'
One day at a time is all we can do.

I'm Dominic, or just Dom for short, which ever you prefer. Looking forward to meeting you all for a chat and talk about our um... "adventure" in losing those pounds! If you ever need anything to talk about give me a yell and I'll be happy to chat. Besides all that Monday here in Australia is over, well 10:45pm. So far so good went to the GYM for an hour 30min cardio and other half Strength/weights. Eating wise... not to bad, salad & fish pleanty of fruit and of course drunk my water requirement. Hope everyone's first day of the 6 week challenge goes well!

Hey everyone! A lot of new faces, I havent met just yet only been on WLF for 6/7weeks. Made lots of friends already and plenty more to be made no doubt!I have started making my way around to everyone's diaries but for those whose I havent quite yet I will!! I PROMISE!!
Anyway here I am jabbering on when all I was going to do was introduce myself......Im kc!
Like Dom, Monday-Day 1 is coming to a close for me and done well with my eating and water intake but didnt get to the gym today!

challenge is underway! Got my gym time done before 7 a.m. hahah now all i got to do is eat right. I should introduce myself as well. I generally lurk on teh diaries, making sure no one loses sight of tgheir goal, let them know not to be discourage and that it will come off. i share my thought and theroies, because they seem to work for me, so who knows what it will do for others added with their own knowledge! i look forward to hitting everyone's diaries to chirp in and say hello. even if i have nothing to say, i will just cheer you on!
 
hiya all, in a rough patch here looking for the challenge to pull myself out!!

oh and just a note there is some funny numbers going on in the spread sheet I put in my start weight and it already has some 800 points totaled for me. I dont know if its related but I think Olux asked us not to color the spreadsheet this time around.
 
Good morning!!

First day, exited!! Did very well in '07 on Tammy's Halloween challenge, trying to do just as well now!!
will try to visit diaries this week but that is really a challenge for me!! I work two jobs right now, have a daughter and fitting everything into 24hrs seems to be impossible at times!! Still will try my best!!

My food is figured out for the day, drinking my water and plans to hit the gym for an hour after work today!!
