I am addicted to chips. So I will definitely look into that Soy chips sound good! and jello too! Long time I didn't buy some! Ps: I love those inspirational quote. I will need to write them on a Post-it and put them all around my room ;)
 
That is a good Ideal, I may copy this list and put it on my refrigerator! The last two days I have ate breakfast and supper and ate two fruits. I am down to 157.8. I hope I can lower that number to 156 by the 29, log in weight challenge date.

Apostle Paul wrote, "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." 1Corinthians 10:13


Paul, is talking about the spiritual man of the heart and his warfare, but couldn't the same be applied to the natural man also since it is our choice what we do in this life?
 
Some of you younger people my be able to do this workout. I did five jumping jacks, five pushups with this work out, 10 high knees, I did not do the burpees (very intents). that is as far as I got.


Cardio/Strength Workout

30 Jumping Jacks
5 Pushups
25 High Knees
7 Burpees
10 Crunches
7 Squats
5 Pushups
10 Crunches
5 Pushups
25 High Knees

repeat 2-3 times for max results
