20 something club?

Hey folks :) I'm 22, turning 23 next month. I'm currently 144 (5'3" height), and my first goal is to reach 120. So far I've lost 8 lbs from my starting weight, 152, yay!

We have stats that are a bit similar. I'm 24, 5'3" and 172lbs. My goal also is to be around 120lbs. Cool beans! I've lost 53 pounds so far. I'll be watching your progress. You can do it hun! no pressure
 
I almost feel too old to be in here but I'm 26.

Lost 5-6 pounds so far (unsure of starting weight) and got another 18 pounds to go. Weigh in days are Saturdays (was every day but it's driving me mad!)

Saturday just gone: 118.4

Do you mean you're 118 pounds now and you want to lose 18 more? What's your height?

Nevermind. I just read your newbie post and it says you want to be between 98lbs and 100lbs. I'm still curious about your height though.

53 pounds?! Wow, congrats on your progress so far :D I know we can both reach our goals. Keep me updated as well :)
 
I was so nervous that you were 5'10" or something and wanted to be 98lbs! :svengo:

haha no. I forget how normal my weight sounds and how insane my target looks to people of an average height or more. I should specify that I am a shortie in every weight related post!

So what's your plan of action eating and/or exercise wise?

I'm using to keep track of my calorie consumption and exercise.

At the moment I'm averaging 700 calories a day and going to the gym 5 times a week. It sounds quite extreme but I'm not losing much, if anything, at the moment.

How about you?
 
I've gone from 1700 to 1500 and now eating 1200 after losing 50 pounds and hitting a bit of a plateau. It's doctor approved. I don't really like long duration cardio so I love love love HIIT. But I do P90X with my husband on occasion. I lift weights as well:auto: I'm on my way! 50lbs to go!

Wow, you've lost 50lbs? Well done, that's incredible. And your pictures are awesome. You look a LOT less than you are. I wouldn't have guessed more than 130ish anyway - you're really toned and fit looking. Great work :)

Im Becky, 20 years old from the Uk (although i live in holland now)
Been trying to lose weight (this time) since september. I started at 206lbs and im now 175 :D
It was hard to get back on track after christmas! But i finally am :)

I am 23 :) and my first goal is 135 lbs (I am like 3 pounds away). and ideally, i would like to end up 125 lbs. :) yay for support.
