Im liking the workouts Nosweat...

I like the supersetting you do, how much rest do you have between the superset? If you do have any.

Nice lifts aswell, i think your just slightly better than me at benching :) Ima keep a close eye on ya ;)

yea when i super set i try and rest at bare minimum and usually i superset and then rest a bit after the two exercises, maybe 90 sec. Yea my bench is going up nicely, as you said before to me just keep at it.

hehe all these workouts are without a spot so i cannot really push myself 110% lol or i will have another mishap at the gym lmao
 
btw weighed in yesterday at 177. hehe so the number keeps rising.
 
well just finished my workout, and i squatted today for the first time in a while. although i took 2 ibuprophen about an hour before my workout (200mg each) I did not get the slightest sign of a headache, which is great as I was getting them before even on the pills.

so here is todays workout.

niceee super sets; looks fun! that gives me a lot of ideas to incorporate into my routine once i get more advanced and need more stimulation. nice benching and rowing dude keep going hard :]

yea man im thinking about giving the 20 repper another go hopefully before summer, just want to get rid of the headaches for good.

And for sure super sets are the way to go they get ur heart pumpin' hehe
 
oh man from all that squatting yesterday, yiou shouldve seen me walkin' today hehe and climbing up and down stairs lmao i was retarted hhehe.


this is by far the most sore i have ever been in my quads.
 
haha and i thought my legs would be better today hehe well they aint still look like a chimp walkin' hehe i think i'll go to the gym and just hit upper today, and then hopefully lower on thursday

Well I forgot to plug in my wednesday session so here it is. The plan was to do upper on that day, then lower on thursday, but my legs were still very sore, and I figured I wouldnt suffer too much If I didnt squat or deadlift for one workout. I will be hitting the gym today as well for my regular fbw.

just finished off with a few db curls to make my arms look hayooge hehe
overall this was a quick workout, about 50 minutes. The db's on the shoulder press are going up next workout for sure, they were way too light, but all the other ones in my range were taken.

will update today's workout hopefully today hehe i dunno gotta make chocolate covered strawberries drizzled in white chocolate hehe dont worry not for me hehe

to tell you the truth, i did 8 sets and super them with the raises because I was angry that I am stalling on the 20 repper program, so I wanted to teach my legs a lesson hehe

For the squats they are coming along good, and my legs were still a bit sore from monday lol. The deadlifts I decided for some reason to do really high rep today, dont know why hehe. For the bp, I wanted to do 160, but i couldnt find any 2.5lb plates so i raised it to 165 and it seemed to work fine, but I did not have a spot so I didnt try and push out 8 on my 3rd set. The same situation for the BB BO Row, I was supposed to do 130, but no 2.5lb plates, dunno where they were today. The shoulder press I need to raise again so i'll do 40's next time and see where it takes me, and I threw in a few curls at the end. Overall an excellent workout.

no ss's today hehe

i didnt know the exact time when i got in, but I think it was about an 1:20

but subtract the db curls cuz i did em for pleasure hhehe

i didnt rest very much in between sets
 
i have put it on hold for now, as I got the major headaches which I am still trying to deal with, but wish to start it up again hopefully soon. Until then, I will squat normally.
