Why dont we like start a challenge for ourselves, or like share our progress each day on this thread/weekly weigh in results or something. I dunno, i just know, i would serously appreciate some more people kickin my ass when i screw up, and people to share success with.
I cannot wait till summer, when not only will all my exams have finished, and i will have a 3 month gap inbetween secondary school and college (not college like in the US lol, i always get confused with this but its for 16-18 year olds.) anywho, id really like able to like start running,
or trying to anyway. But for now cycling and walking lol. But id love to be able to get out in the summer weather rather than sittin on my backside. I dont really have much options for exercise, i mean apart from walking and cycling, any ideas for indoor crunches, or anything i can do when its raining , i mean when im properly dedicated (which im finding hard at the moment) i go out walking anyway, but im getting a bit more of a wimp (which it does 75 percent of the time).
There is a swimming pool i can access like 5 minutes from my house, plus a sports hall which you can go to like karate classes, and badminton, football ect, plenty of fields, and even a running track-but im still trying to brave the swimming baths, and the sports hall is just so expencive, i have a mate who i exercise with, but shes not very willing until summer really, so team sports are not really a option either
My dad was talking of joining a gym, or geting a family membership or something yesterday, so fingers crossed he will, , and ill be able to get along to that, but im not convinced he will. Its all well and good people who have left home, left education, who could buy all the neccesary home gym equipment, pay for gym memberships ect, but im 15, its quite tricky.
Anywho, sorry for being whiney, im just that way out today.
