Didn't post last week cause there was no weight change and I was feeling super down about it.
But anyway, trying to stay on track here!
August 15th : 186.4 lbs
August 22nd : 183.4 lbs
August 29th : 182.4 lbs
September 5th : *bad week no weigh in*
September 12th: 178. 6 lbs
September 19th: 176.2
September 26th: 176.2
October 3rd: 173.6 lbs (-2.6 lbs)
Seven week total: 12.8 lbs
SOO close to actually hitting 2 lbs a week average. But I figure for whatever I reason I didn't lost 2 weeks ago (and I really should have...) plus having 1 week that didn't really count, I'm pretty close to being on track. I've really started to up my exercise (trying to do lots of running!) and actually made sure my cals are up around 1100-1300 and not dropping below 1000 has hopefully really boosted me this week and will continue to do so. I AM going to move down a pant size within the next week or so, it has to happen.
I just can't wait for the weight to keep coming off, it sort of seems unreal that it's finally happening - that I'm finally seeing some consistent weight loss!
