Hi, My start weight is 260. My goal weight by march 31st is 220's-230. My unrealistic goal is 200..lol. Hopefully By the end of the year I'll meet that one.

My goal for March 31st would be just to get as close to my goal weight as possible, and just stick to going to the gym and eating sensibly. Somewhat arbitrarily, and for the sake of giving a tangible number, I definitely want to have broken the 200lb mark by then

I hope everybodys first week went good. Mine could have been better but it also could have been alot worse. I weigh myself every week and I did surprisingly very well considering my diet and excersise.
