Let me respectfully request that you allow everyone the opportunity to participate or not participate in this. I understand that some see this as a competition, but I'm certain some of us see this as a personal challenge to themselves. I just don't want anyone to be intimidated and feel like this a competition. That's one of the things that appeals to me about these challenges, that they are low pressure, and you're really not accountable to anyone but yourself.

Yeah....I went back and edited my post. You don't have to post pics or feel the need to beat anyone, but I just threw that in there because I noticed there are some competitive people on this board such as myself. I don't think anyone was planning to post pics anyway LOL. We had like 150 views and no posts. Ah well, I'm keeping track of myself so its all good.

New guy here, found this site today , but a challenge sounded like an interesting idea. good way to get me motivated.


January 1st - 119 kg
January 15th - 116.5 kg -focused on diet mostly (foods i eat) with just light exercise. 2.5kg down. :)
January 31st - 115 kg - another loss, hoo-rah! started light exercises .

Yesterday was a good family day! Maybe a little too much food wise with the kids and showed a gain on the scale this morning. But that's okay, because today I officially start with the challenge. I'm so happy I will not EVER see that number again :)

I'm stunned right now!!! I weighed myself for the first time in months this morning and I maintained my weight from the last weigh in.
