My Journey to get from 121kg(267lbs) to 85kg(187lbs)

I increased the distance to 4 km from today onward but it took around 1 hour because I only walk at 4&5 kph. I want to run but I'm still not 100% used to running on the treadmill. I'm thinking about buying a Home Gym as well.

I changed the diet a bit. I added Celery Juice, Turmeric Tea & Green Tea to the diet. Also replaced Basmati Rice meal with Vegetables.

  • I drink Turmeric tea on an empty stomach (Turmeric + Pepper + Cinnamon + Ginger + Water +/- Bee Honey).
  • Then Power Walk 4 km.
  • After Walking I drink 1 1/2 cups Celery Juice (Celery + 1 Apple + 1 Orange).
  • For Breakfast ~ 2 cups of Vegetables (Carrots + Leak + Onion + Garlic cloves + Bell pepper + Curry leaves + Spices + 100g Canned Mackerel or a medium Egg).
  • For Lunch 1 cup of Mung Beans or Cowpea Beans with salt and pepper.
  • For Dinner 1 1/2 cups Vegetable Soup.
  • 1 cup of Green tea between each meal.
  • 1 Omega 3 Capsule at night.

Hope I lose at least 1 kg this time as well.
 
Sounds more sustainable already, but I think you´re still pretty very low on calories. I´m too lazy to calculate but my estimate would be around 900 cals. Good job on the walking, by the way. Speed really isn´t as important right now as doing something you will actually do. You´ll get quicker when your body gets more used to it.

I would add 1 more egg for breakfast and a tablespoon of good quality oil or butter (olive, coconut or cowmilk) in each meal that includes vegetables.
Avoid all transfat oils or butters and add quality fats. Try to add some meat if you can and if you have the chance some cottage cheese. Your calories are too low, loosing weight too fast is destroying mostly muscles - you enter a katabolic state, so your body consumes less energy and gets energy from muscle tissue.

I'll be consuming either 100g canned mackerel or 2 eggs for breakfast. I use 1 1/2 tbsp of extra virgin Olive oil as well.
 
I`m sorry, Hypercool and all others that could get help from me. I just noticed a moderator deleted my before-after post and left only the content of my writing that is in their interest without any explanation why they made such a drastic act. I actually only gave a link to my Facebook, which is only a source of additional information (I can`t post everything here, it would be too much). I could contribute to this forums quality content, as my education in nutrition and chemistry is at a certain level, but unfortunately this hostile move against me turns my will to be helpful on this forum to really low levels. Danyelle, I've only been on here for 3 months but LaMa is just being honest about the posters. We do get a ton of scammers and other people trying to post suspicious activity on everyone's diaries. Not to imply that's what you were doing, but someone may have just jumped the gun thinking you were just a robot spamming the site.

I know I've reported a fair share of people who join and on the same day only post links on 30 different pages of copy/paste material advocating some miracle diet. You don't seem to be one of those though and I, for one, welcome you here.
 
Mowens1984, I understood LaMaria`s post as good intended. Everything`s ok, I`m fine with that. It`s just that I feel offended when a moderator deletes my life achievement as a simple spam and leaves my free valuable advices/experiences posted because of their own interest. They can delete them as well. Let`s forget about this, and leave Hypercool`s diary for its original purpose.

Lost 1kg(2.2lbs) in 7 Days.
Last week I ate ~1200 Calories and Power Walked 2km - 3km(1.2 - 1.8miles) daily.

Weight - 118.5kg(261.2lbs)

Lost 1.5kg(3.3lbs) in 7 Days.
Last week I ate more (1500 - 1800 Calories) and Power Walked more (4km/~2.5miles daily).

Yes, I trying to gradually increase the distance I power walk to 6kms.

To be honest I wasn't fully active for the last 6 days because I was very busy with work (Sitting on a chair front of a PC for 12+ hours per day). I tried to control my weight through diet. So during the last 6 days I only ate around 1500 Calories per day.

My diet plan for the last 6 days

On an empty stomach
Honey and Lemon drink
Turmeric Tea (Turmeric + Pepper + Cinnamon + Ginger)

For the Breakfast and Lunch (~ 1400 Calories)
Vegetables (Spinach, Mushrooms, Cauliflower as main ingredients)
2 Eggs or 100g Canned Mackerel
2tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For Dinner
Cucumber or Watermelon

Snacks
An Apple or 5 Bran Cracker Biscuits with Cheese between meals

Drinks
1 1/2 cups Celery/Cucumber Juice (Celery/Cucumber + 1 Apple + 1 Orange) before Breakfast
2 cups of Green Tea between meals

No Exercise since Oct 12 till today.

Conclusion
Lost 4.3kg(9.4lbs) in 24 Days
 
Great work buddy! Sticking to an eating plan when work is stressful is hard. Looks like you´re well on your way to a healthier future.
