I increased the distance to 4 km from today onward but it took around 1 hour because I only walk at 4&5 kph. I want to run but I'm still not 100% used to running on the treadmill. I'm thinking about buying a Home Gym as well.
I changed the diet a bit. I added Celery Juice, Turmeric Tea & Green Tea to the diet. Also replaced Basmati Rice meal with Vegetables.
Hope I lose at least 1 kg this time as well.

- I drink Turmeric tea on an empty stomach (Turmeric + Pepper + Cinnamon + Ginger + Water +/- Bee Honey).
- Then Power Walk 4 km.
- After Walking I drink 1 1/2 cups Celery Juice (Celery + 1 Apple + 1 Orange).
- For Breakfast ~ 2 cups of Vegetables (Carrots + Leak + Onion + Garlic cloves + Bell pepper + Curry leaves + Spices + 100g Canned Mackerel or a medium Egg).
- For Lunch 1 cup of Mung Beans or Cowpea Beans with salt and pepper.
- For Dinner 1 1/2 cups Vegetable Soup.
- 1 cup of Green tea between each meal.
- 1 Omega 3 Capsule at night.
Hope I lose at least 1 kg this time as well.
