Starting Strength DVD (Mark Rippetoe)

Most of you heard of, or have read Rippetoe's book. Well, this is his DVD. It's a detailed instruction for squat, deadlift, overhead press, bench press and power clean. I highly recommend it for beginners in these lifts, although I don't like his bench press form teachings (it should be with elbows tucked, but it's not, it's not flared either, which is good, but it's somewhere in the middle). So, here you go:

Your women. :D

That doesn't mean that he approves bad forms. Those trainees are not all experienced, flexible and all. He can't correct every one of them for the perfect form. Those who watch the DVD need to listen for the cues (chest up, set the back, etc) and not to pay attention to minor arches on few trainees (I haven't watched it much, but I think it was the case with the taller guys, which is understandable). Instructional DVD's like this are usually made on seminars and events like that, so you can't have the perfect conditions (i.e perfect trainees).
