Seguir bajando peso? Consejos !!

Que tal compañeros.

Tras unos 8 meses bajando peso he llegado a perder 12 kg y según la calculadora de las webs ando por 15% de grasa corporal... (81 - 80 cm de cintura y 66 kg, 1,75cm altura).

Mi duda es que ando bajando mucho peso para perder esa cintura y tengo miedo de quedarme por debajo de lo normal. Me gustaría alcanzar un cuerpo fitness (no inflado de culturista) y para ello quería empezar eliminado toda la grasa posible.

Como veis el estado en el que estoy? Debería ganar masa o seguir perdiendo un pelín mas para no pasarme ganando grasa en volumen ??

Volumen urgente compañero , para definir los musculos primeros tienes que tener una cantidad razonable de masa muscular para tener algo que definir , dale al volumen limpio y estaras bien no te veo un % graso muy alto

Build up your muscles taking high protein and doing weightlifting to reshape your body and gain weight through muscles.

Well i have seen your body's figure , What i understand that you need not to gain weight because your physique is ideal and does not contain fat . Moreover, you have to focus on light foods such that fruits and vegetables . Moreover, do exercise daily to make your body fit .

Do you think should not gain muscle?
