Sport your scoop on 1% chocolate milk

Since nobody commented on my question is it kind of unknown then?

I would imagine that the ideal amount of protein would be based on how much a person weighs obviously...

QFT. I have yet to find a protein powder the consumption of which did not make me want to roundhouse kick a line of nuns, each holding a baby. No, two babies.

Having said that, I have not yet tried my orange metabolic drive (mostly because I'm afraid to), or syntha 6 strawberry (because I need to use up a 6 month supply of surge first :11doh:). ON is better than say, unflavored garbage whey, but not by much. Indistinguishable from Nestle my ass, BSL. No offense, but the taste genes are clearly damaged.

Chocolate milk, PWO, huh. Probably the greatest thing I've heard this year, by far. :D

I can't think of it at the moment, but I know cow milk has stuff in it that you can find in mother's milk. So basically growing kids need to drink their milk. Ah, I remember the good old days in school when we had milk and nap times. But all that passed. Now we live in soda, and no nap time schools.

Anyway, why not combine both milk and whey protein. Yeah, I know whey is from milk, but mixing them both tastes pretty good and even if you're cutting, drinking milk is good sources of calcium and other goodies.

There are some really interesting & legit studies on why adult humans should NOT drink cow milk. Not just the massive amounts of antibiotics used in production, but for it's nutritional components....eh, who knows.

How about an alternative?

VitaminShoppe (and other sources) have a whey protein powder made by "ON", one flavor is DOUBLE CHOCOLATE and it rocks! We're not talking some watered-down strange-tasting chalk, this stuff is so good even my kids unsuspectingly drink it down as if it was made by Nestle's!!! :D

I mix half-water, half lite soy milk and 1.5 scoops of the protein powder...it'll give you a really nice & tasty chocolate fix for surprisingly few calories. Wanna get fancy, add a nice taste with a supplement that is suggested to help regulate blood-sugar level: Sprinkle-in some cinnamon (1/4-teaspoon+) and it's really great!!!!!!! Perhaps a bit of blended banana or some blueberries...get some antioxidants & potassium going too. It's all good!!!!

I am in agreement on the ON double chocolate. Yum!! I mix it with 1% or 2%(if I'm feeling crazy) and it tastes great. I just finished a serving 10 minutes ago. Chocolicious!

just tried the 1.5 litre pwo ff choc. milk, and lets just say, since i had about 2 litres of water during my workout and then the milk right after, I did not feel so good hehe.

lesson learned= less water during workout hehe although i didnt get sick, went to the bathroom quite a bit during the night as my workout was right before bed.

yea i go to nofrills when it is 1$ per litre special they seem to have that alot and i just grab about six of them. lasts me about a week or so.
