My favorite workout music is: Disturbed!!!

I also like:
Nickelback, Metallica, Megadeath, Linkin Park, etc...

These soundtracks are pretty awesome to workout to also:
the Punisher, Matrix (first one), and the Crow.

Since I workout at home, I also like to watch Pumping Iron on DVD from time-to-time!

Ew. Cyprus Hill and Marshall Mathers! Yes. That will get the adrenaline pumping!

I love classic rock, but don't get as much of an energy surge from it as I do crazy hardcore stuff with nasty riffs and insane lyrics!

(;

well on the military bases there isnt alot of volume because the training facilities are so damn huge . well the ones i've been to. currently in CFB Kingston Ontario. I just listen to whatevers playing on them when I can listen over the grunting and groaning, lol.

Classic rock for me

Crank up siruris-radio 6019 6015 and 6014 on my dishnetwork and get into it. It's got to be rock and roll if you want to dance with me LOL.........M :D :D :D :D :D

Didn't you already make a thread about this? It's not a scam but you do have to get 5 of your friends to subscribe to some service they probably don't want.

I have to tell you about a bunch of cds that I just received. I initially found this guy on ebay - but he has his own site.....

32mix.com

If you are a fitness instructor and need to create your own music for your classes you will not know what you've done without this guy!!! He has an amazing variety of music, it is all pre-mixed and most of it is 130 bpm (although you can customize). His prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and turnaround time was amazing. I ordered mine on Thursday and they were on my doorstep on Saturday!

If you are looking for variety in your workout music, or classes, you have to check out this site! :)

If im running or biking, theres nothing better than TECHNO! i know a lot of people hate lisening to techno, but the hard bass-lines get you into a rythm making it much easier to go those long distances

eminem and other angry rap gets me pumping, for sure.

for stretching/dancing at home, i've found that now cd's normally have really great songs for dancing to, and keeping up the pace.

Enigma
Mortal Kombat remix
Make That Money(Roxbury Remix)
Da Ya Think I'm Sexy
Be My Lover(club mix)
Braveheart soundtrack/bagpipes baby
Rods and cones(Blue Man Group)
and some linkin park Numb

techno man that is where it is at for workout music got some random techno songs that get me pumped and a few "hip-hop" songs, but yeah techno especially the german techno, gets me going.

I have found ( because I am a geek) the following to be great for a long workout (they have good timing to keep ya going):

Loverboy's Greatest Hits (they really did rock in the day, albeit the day was 1981)
MeatLoaf- To Hell and Back (the first two songs rock for 20 minutes!)
Pure Funk (70's Compilation)
Eddie money- The Sound of Money

They are all over 70 minutes long, so I don't have to change cd's during my workout.

Yes, I need an MPG player, but I also need a bunch of time to make my own compilations. Currently, I have neither.
