your current accomplishments

if i have learned one thing in the past week it would include that you never know how bad someone has it.
because i cannot live a day in your life and have the same mindset.
and it is more of your mindset which determines how bad you have it rather than what the day has to bring.

and man i dont have any idea what you are going through. it could be one of the worst times you have in your life for all i know. and i may not be able to help you as much as i want.
but i know one thing for dam certain. that goals and dreams held onto deep inside a person combined with the unyielding, steadfast aspiration to make them come true no matter what, far outweighs any obstacle anyone can encounter.

i believe you can get through whatever is going on bro. i mean that.
and if i know you can get through it, then you better as hell aughta believe with me and make it true.

I bet that you have no problem's wooing girls PB. I mean, Shakespeare couldn't of even written that. It's beautiful.

lol...thanks
but i dont really go around talking like that lol... im pretty soft spoken
i guess i should speak my mind more eh

ps: that wasnt ment to woo you silent

I accomplished going from 224 pounds sometime last year to getting to 174. I also got on the Dean's list every quarter at school, and averaged a 3.75 for the whole year. I got my Lincoln into the low 14s on the quarter mile, and now have accepted that it's time to move on from my car until I have more time and money. Oh hey, I also got me a sweet lady friend that I might have stick around for awhile...:D

I accomplished having a hot wife, a classy legal career that pays me megabux, an incredible son, and an upper crust house in a top notch neighborhood. I love my life!

Hey Silent - Maybe you should try talking about your problems with someone. It can really help. I used to be like you when I was younger. I would never talk about any of my problems to anyone cause I hated to sound like I was complaining. It can be helpful to get a different perspective on things and sometimes while you're explaining it you can figure out the issues for yourself.

Making the "I feel like crap" thread a couple weeks ago when things weren't going well for me really helped. In life I'm kindof a loner so it was great to have a community of people give me their thoughts and opinions. It also helped me to chat with Stingo on messenger (thanks again) about my problems. Hell, just talking about my issues helped me sort it out and gave me a way to have an outsiders perspective on things.

That being said my recent accomplishments is starting/designing a new eating /supplement plan for my health, energy and leg/hip problems. I'm sticking with it pretty well and seeing good results :)

Oh, and breaking up with my boyfriend. That was quite the accomplishment as well

lowered my cholesterol by 25 points, dropped 13 lbs and I've got endless energy.

I'm 6'-3" 217lbs. I'd like to stay at the weight I'm at now but lose the belly fat and keep that cholesterol down.

So it's about midnight in Japan, you have a hot wife, and you choose to be on a chat forum?!?

awesome accomplishments guys! KEEP EM COMING!!!

another accomplishment is that my back is feeling awesome. its almost healed. im so close! iv been taking time off and only squatting.

which leads me to another accomplishment. my squat is still strong and is rising fast! feels awesome!!!

good for you! :p my squat sucks, not improving much. I blame my long femurs :D :p

Did a 341.8 lbs deadlift today though, that felt great, went up REALLY slow off the ground, my back was about to bend, any heavier and i wouldnt have been able to budge it off the ground.

Some of my accomplishments...

-#1 JV 165 pound powerlifter in Massachusetts
-#6 16-17 year old powerlifter in New England
-#4 JV Discus thrower in Massachusetts

I got the balls to join wrestling this past winter, which then got me into powerlifting, which then got me into track. Then powerlifting also got me into wanting to do football this fall, so I'm going to :D....freshman year I didn't do ANY sports =(

May not seem like alot, but I'm actually the only one of my 2 brothers (ages 21 and 19) that actually does sports in high school. They're both in college, but while in high school they didn't play any sports :)

Another thing that I'm really happy about...

At the May 19th powerlifting meet, I wanted to get a 300 deadlift REALLY, REALLY, REALLY badly. The only problem was the most I'd ever gotten before that day for a deadlift was 265. This was obviously a big step up. So on my 2nd attempt I got 275, then for the 3rd I was nervous and was thinking about dropping down to 290...then something kicked into me and said F*** it! and I went for 300 and got it :D :D :D :D I had a smirk on my face for at least 45 minutes after that lift :p

Good story :)

Yesterday was workout B (of A,B,C, and D). I was unable to do my workout most of the day. Untill I got home at 11:30pm. I was going to go straight to bed and skip it. Instead though, I went to the fridge got some apple juice and my protein powder(not optimum I know). Put some in then slowly...disgustingly...drank it down... Then hit the weights finished by 12:15am did my PWO and took a shower and then got in bed.

Just one of those small little acomplishments...

Congrats on all your accomplishments, I'm really glad your doing well.
