So.... how do you like your burgers? and from where?
:drool5:
Dairy Queen makes great burgers!
Steak and Shake
also...
Waffle House... really.
I like a big burger with a nice pile of iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, onion, mustard and mayo, and american cheese (cheese optional)!
As far as cheese goes, I prefer swiss cheese, but then no mayo...
I also really like a burger "philly cheesesteak" style with swiss cheese, grilled peppers and onions..... now that's a burger!
So.....
What's your burger?

Homemade!!!!!

8oz 93/7 beef.
1/2 egg yolk
a little bit of onion chopped
a chopped jalapeno
mixed up with Worcester sauce, ketchup, mustard

After turning in the pan I put the sharp cheddar on top to melt.

I do like sauteed mushrooms and onions on top as well.

Magnificent.

I will occasionally make 12 oz but any bigger than that and you have integrity issues with such a large burger.

mmm i like lots of mushroom and onions :D

current favorite:
smashburger with fried onions and pickles
oklahoma-smashburger.jpg

do not go too often because Anthony does not like their buns.

That is one insane burger! I'd try one, though. LOL
<- unsure of what a fried pickle might taste like.

It's a toss up:

Bacon Cheeseburger with Fried Egg from Maple and Motor Street Burgers in Dallas

Or: Bacon Cheeseburger with grilled jalepenos and onions. Same place ^_^

Not a fan of Smashburger their buns suck and their burgers tend to be under-seasoned. And Waffle House...? Really? v_v

LOL.... really. No.. it's not a "gourmet" burger, but it's an honest, tasty grill-fried burger.
For when you want a simple good burger.
I've found the tastiest burgers are usually grill fried (griddle-fried?), except for the ones you cook at home on your grill.

None.

The only burgers (term used loosely) I ever ate were the McDonalds ones, and I stopped eating those now, for obvious reasons.

Now, I just don't eat burgers. And I am sorry, but some of these pictures were absolutely stomach turning. :puke:

Yes, Jen, but its the type of wrong that always feels oh so right ;) In any case, I try to stay away from those abominations as much as possible these days.

Oops and sorry San :) Those burgers are nothing compared to something you'd find on Man vs. Food however. Now THOSE foods would turn even my stomach...

If you're ever in Chicago, do yourself a favor and go here.

Hands down the best burgers I've ever eaten. Well, besides my own of course ;)

4) No Minors after 10pm.
5) Our kitchen is only 16×6. Please be patient.

HAHAHAH, it's hilarious. You walk in and all you hear is loud, banging heavy metal music. But, the atmosphere is sooooo laid back and relaxed. It's the most contradictory place I've ever seen, but the burgers are out-f*cking-standing.

I worked in a few restaurants in Chicago and sampled burgers from all over, and I can honestly say that Kuma's is the best place to go for burgers. Phenomenal.

First of all, this is a great thread for this forum!

I like In-n-Out.

Or homemade Turkey burgers.
