Streamline...I'm confused as hell. What you mean "I don't know where I'd be without you"...comes off kinda fruity to me...haha. Oh well...I guess the situation couldn't be any worse than the stuff going on between Mreik, LV, Evo, and Karky...craziness I tell you. Sheer craziness.
Sarah, AJP, the other Tony, and Merc...it's nice to be back into things again.
I started my workouts today actually. Just got back from the gym. I went pretty light today. I'm really going to TRY and focus on losing weight this time. No more cycling until I get most of the weight off. Today I did
squats - 3x6-8
deadlifts - 3x6-8
Incline BB bench - 2x8
neutral grip pullups - 2x8
shoulder press - 2x6
followed by 10 minutes walk at 3.5 mph on a 12% incline on the treadmill.
Nothing too serious by ANY means. My shoulder was bothering me so I had to lay off on the upper body stuff. I was pitching around the baseball with my friend yesterday and I forgot how much of a toll that puts on your shoulder...especially throwing curveballs and sliders. Other than that, it felt great to be moving some weight again...even if the weights were only like 1/2 of what I was doing when I quit.
So...anyways...to make this post even longer...I wanted to try something new this time. I'm going to keep my sets very low with medium reps (6-8 or 8-10 depending on the exercise) just so I can try to knock out my whole workout in like 25 minutes and focus more on my "cardio". I'm gonna try to focus most of my routine on legs for now. Generally 25-30 minutes on a steep incline like I did today. I'm really not concerned with having a lot of muscle size anymore...but I don't want to jeopardize all that I do have right now.
I know that I will get critisism (wow I can't spell today) but it's more of an experiment than anything.
