Worst Movies Ever

LOL...that site is so biased! Most, I'd say 85% of the movies listed there did suck...but come on--Independence Day? Star Wars Phantom Menace? No way.
Never saw star wars so i can't comment on that - independence day was a fun movie.. and very entertaining.. but not quite a citizen kane or casablanca for quality - if i was going to be a movie snob :D

that movie entertained me - it did its job :D

I dig what Kadie is saying. I love films. I have never, ever walked out of a movie and I have never said that a movie was a waste of my time. It's like going to a museum. Some you like, others....not so much. With that said...I can work really hard making a pastry. That does not mean that the pastrie is not going to taste like crap. All a movie needs to make a lot of money is some studio money thrown at it for advertising and a target market of teenagers and it's golden. I prefer lower budget more independant films for the most part. Sometimes the lines get blurred. Crash won the Academy Award! Well deserved, I might add.

Oh, yeah...I forgot the other bad movie I thought of. "DUDE WHERE'S MY CAR"

only time i walked out of a theater was during 'The League of Extrordinary Gentleman"

easily worst movie ive ever seen and only one i walked out of half way.

now if you want a good BAD movie, check out Army of Darkness. Its so bad, its good. I love it.

LolL "No comment to this movie but my sister N law drug my brother to see "
Brokeback Mountain" He said several walked out

What makes a classic a classic? I couldn't stand Citizen Kane, I thought it was the most boring movie. Well made and acted, but boring.

I hate most movies that are "stupid" comedies...Dude, Where's My Car is a prime example. But a few made me laugh. I love Kevin Smith's (is that his name?) movies, like Mallrats and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.

Oh I've got two more movies that absolutely stunk:

Pulp Fiction---HORRID!!!
RV---stupidly predictable.

Well different strokes for different folks I guess. I loved Brokeback Mountain. I thought it was a beautiful love story. People walked out not because they thought it was a "bad" movie, but that they are narrow minded and ignorant in my humble opinion.

I heard it was really good, Kallie. I'll watch it when it comes to cable. I thougHt of another really bad movie today. SHOWGIRLS

i might to

Thats what my brother said but hes religous and dont believe in samesex relationships! I dont share same opion and I never seen movie either but I'd watch it if it comes out on cable tammy

Sorry if I came on a little strong there.

Anyways, It is totally worth seeing! I know some might have a hard time getting past the fact that is gay love, but once you do, it is so romantic and sad and tradgic. My recommendation is to look at the movie objectivily and reserve judgment until it is finished. It definately does not deserve to be in this thread for sure! :D

The Hillz * I'm sorry but anything that Paris Hilton is in *
Son of the mask - it may be a cute movie to some, but I don't really think younger children should watch that.. I mean come on, he rips off girls shirts in that movie while dancing... feh

I am so glad Citizen Kane and Casablanca were mentioned. I just moved into my dorm at college and I need some comfort movies. I have them with me and I think tonight might just be the night to watch them!

wow, nobody has mentioned it yet? Am I honestly going to be the first?

okay, here goes...

"Cool As Ice" has to be one of the worst!
