Workout Routine

I have got some information about workout routine.You are probably pretty familiar with pullups, box jumps, and pushups - so lets get you some solid instruction on the hardcore full body lifts you may not be good at - the kettlebell clean and press and the deadlift. Both exercises that you need to learn how to do correctly.
