Hello!
I've decided to give keeping a diary a shot in hopes that it will help to keep me on track.

20
Sex:
Female
Height:
5'4
Highest weight:
220 lbs
Current weight:
210 lbs
My Goals
August 1st:
199 lbs
September:
185 lbs in time for my birthday (it's the best birthday gift I can think of! )
January 1st:
165 lbs
May 1st:
150 lbs
I'm aiming for 150 lbs as a final goal weight, though that number may change as I near it. I took an online test that suggested my ideal body weight is somewhere between 134 and 151 lbs based on height, bone structure, etc. and that sounds about right to me. I'm not looking to be thin - a few extra pounds is fine by me. (Just not sixty extra pounds!! ) My primary concern is being healthy and having more confidence.

I'm not terribly diligent about updating things like this, but will try to make a real effort to check in daily, or at least a few times a week. I think it will really help.
