I'm not even going to start to answer individual posts.

Since everybody seems so keen on it, the mini challenge stands as it was originally posted by Christine. Disregard anything that I put up. That includes alternate exercises.

Starting the week after, the mini challenge will be ONE thing, not two or three. Please take that into account if you happen to be the next person to come up with a challenge.

Also, we will have to look at the situation with the teams, since we've lost a considerable amount of people now. I still haven't heard from Brad, so I don't know what's happening there.
 
I lost 1.5lbs this week so down to 207.5lbs from 209lbs.

Saturday and today I've had my 3 litres of water but didn't manage to avoid the junk food so no points for that :( However, I did 1 hr of exercise a day so got my points for that!

Is there somewhere else I need to post my loss for the challenge?
 
WLF Challenge Score sheets ONLY - or something similar - that's the thread you have to post your results.

The new mini challenge started yesterday: jumping jacks, back to basics, & no weigh ins during the week.
 
Oh, but Cory, you didn't put the amount of mini-challenge points you got onto your score sheet. Could you let me know how many you had, please? :)
 
Update for the week.

NO jumping jacks - no use for me - and defo bad for my body. I did plenty exercise & I am feeling great! 2-3 hours/day!!
WEIGH IN - Yup - every day - :D & loving it.

WATER - CHECK
MICROWAVE - WE don't owe one - & eat only real food - CHECK
EXERCISES - FULL POINTS (&SOME) - CHECK

I have a REAL challenge this weekend - attending a wedding & eating out with family - now, that's a challenge.

I will update score sheet on Sunday. I won't have my laptop on me until then.

I think someone asked for a ruling on what they have to do outside. Also I think someone asked about if it is too bad weather to go outside.

What to do outside: whatever you want to do (go to the store, take a walk, lay there, whatever you want to do).
If the weather is terrible: Dress for terrible weather (sorry)
