Imeasure via calipers and always argued that they are off. I would like to strip some more fat and perhaps throw on a couple more pounds. I think my ultimate would be 200 +/- pounds.
Well you`re the Personal Trainer man and i hesitate to give advice but i would bulk now to 200lbs but def incorporate more leg work ...they seem to be lagging especially the calfs.
Whats your full workout/diet like?? Does it consist of compounds???
And why no cardio???

When I saw your first photos from 3/2005 I thought oh no here's another old guy that ran his whole life to stay in shape. You had the skinny saggy runners look going on. Just thought I'd let you know from a female perspective that you look A LOT better and younger now that you added on more muscle. Keep up the great work!
