Hi all, my first post and as a Spinning Instructor I can say pedaling backwards is an unsafe action.
Think how your body normally moves, the hips and knees joints are designed to propel our bodies forward, and ask yourself how often do you walk backwards for any length of time?
If it's something your body wasn't designed to do then it is something you should avoid.
