I was just curious....
Of all the instructors I've had for spin-class...none of them have had the class peddle backwards on their bikes?
At first it makes no sense, but think about it...most elliptical machines will have you walk backwards to work on the glutes and other stuff. What I've seen in spin are some instructors trying to mix it up and bring something new or interesting to the workout....so why not lighten the load, stop and peddle backwards a bit??????
Is there some reason it's a bad idea or has nobody (I've had) thought of this yet?
