why do I feel like passing out or throwing up during exercise?

Make sure you eat. I notice this problem when I haven't had anything to eat before a workout. Some people can go all day without eating, I certainly can't and my body knows that it's not good. I had this problem today and was feeling dizzy between sets. I ate at 11:00, was in class from 1:00-3:30, and started my workout at 5:15. I considered eating before working out but had a really busy day and decided on a huge postworkout meal instead. I would say you should have eaten at least within 2-3 hours of your workout. If you can plan it right, try to not eat an hour from your workout because your body will send all of the blood to your stomach to digest the meal rather than into your muscles for your workout.

I used to get this for one of several reasons:

1. Too much sugar before a workout
2. Chugging on water between sets rather than sipping it
3. Holding my breath during heavy squats etc

if you're doing any of these like i was, you're problem should be sorted if you seek to eliminate them

Uhm...Maybe I think a bit differently, I had the feeling like you now and I drink lots of water to balance the body
Good luck to you

I workout in the morning and usto have this problem. I Drink a ton of water , so i knew it was not that i was dehydrated. I fixed filling lightheaded and Dizzy halfway through mt workout by eating a banana with peanut butter before I workout.
