I think I hate the Bruce Lee myths more than I hate 'Brad Pitt abs'. Bruce Lee was just a stick insect with ADD.

I have no idea who Chuck Norris is but assuming he could lift his ass off his seat then I imagine he had more muscle than Lee

Im crying.....cause....CCR must dislike me too...... :( (just messen') ---I may be a stick...but I can bench over 300lbs...... (size can be a deceptive being)

I also heard that Brandon Lee was conceived without Mrs Lee's knowledge, Bruce had stripped, done the business and sparked up before she knew he'd entered the room

Common guys, Bruce Lee was kick-ass and cool but the internet myths have got well out of control with this guy

It's no myth. My post at least.

Read the books on them... the authentic ones.

No! All Bruce Lee "myths" that you read on the internet are actually true! I read that in a blog somewhere..

LMAO, I dislike the myths, not the man; the man was cool

Your bench figures are great btw, wasn't it 158lb BW and 330lb bench? That's impressive

I heard Bruce Lee lifted 900lbs though; only problem was he was so fast the camera missed it ;)

(For those with no sense of humour, that was a joke, no need to neg rep me even more for it)

I'm fairly disappointed with all the responses on this thread. It's even more disappointing when great people like Carlos Norris and Bruce Lee gets made fun of for no reason and people put up weird "facts" about them as some kind of sick joke. Although it's funny, it's disappointing that they're remembered like this. I guess it's true that if you are in the physical business, there's always some young hotshot ready to test you for strength. Before I get mad, I'm going to stop posting.

I think I'm the only one who insulted Lee but as only as a joke, if it honestly offended you then I'm honestly sorry, I think Bruce Lee was cool.

However, the myths that surround Lee can get silly sometimes

I was simply making fun of the people who post such weird "facts" about Bruce Lee. I think he was an awsome guy. But all these kids running around worshipping him is just stupid, so I make fun of them. Nothing wrong with being a fan, but alot of people, specially on the internet, takes it way too far.

I changed my training the last few weeks, since I have met my goals, to garner more strength (reps 2 to 5--progressive tier), and have changed the diet accordingly and allowing a slight surplus. My son and I were having a workout the other day (doing deads and squats together--very special time!). His legs are like slabs of fricken beef (he is 19, and 6' 1" 215lbs), but he managed only to do 10lbs more then his (old man as he says, lol). After the serious workout, we messed around to see what our maxes were(during the time of my goals, this wasnt important to me)........it was fun.

Being negged repped for your opinion, is in fact rediculous

Well I'm sorry I thought of you that way. Personally, I dislike most of their movies. As a matter of fact, the only thing I actually watched of Chuck Norris would be Walker; other than that, I never seen any of his movies. Bruce Lee was an ok actor, but his philosophies behind fighting were more influential than his movies.

I'm not really sure if I'm classified as being an obsessive fan. I like them, and I believe they are really good people and given a lot to this world (films don't count). I read books on them, and I find many of their teachings fascinating or interesting. I think they given so much to this world other than simply films; things that a lot of these so-called fans don’t really know or even acknowledge. I'm not really sure if that would be considered obsessive.

BTW, I never given neg reps for any posts. If someone did, that's pretty bad that one would do that for a simple opinion.

I've gotta give my vote for best bad ass to Bruce.
(I know the question was muscle mass, but still)

Of course, that might be b/c I lost my virginity while Enter the Dragon was on in the living room.

So that's what the movie was! Thanks, I've been pondering it for some time now..

Oh, I thought you knew! What else do you think got me in the mood?
