Never seen Chuck w/out a shirt on but i don't think i need to. Bruce lee was like a buck 30 or somethin like that. Unbelievably strong but chuck i would say has more muscle mass than Lee did.
 
I'm going to go with Big bad Bruce, he was ripped out of his mind Chuck is kind of like your average guy that can back his mouth up.
 
I think Chuck had more muscle mass but Bruce had an extremely low BF% and was far more ripped. In a fight, I'd put my money on Bruce.
 
I think Norris might have had larger muscles.

Now if you want to look at the issue of who can contract their muscles more efficiently...
 
Did you know that Bruce lee could contract all the 900290019920993890 muscles in his body?!!!???!!???!??!???!??????!!??? ?? He trained so hard that his body actually responded by making MORE muscles than the average human body has!!!!!!!!!!! Because of this, Bruce Lee was so fast, that he could pwnzor any human being on the planet!!!! Even some from other planets too!!!!! Did you know that??!?!?!?

Please check out my training log where I'm training to get as many muscles as Bruce Lee! And become just as fast! I'm doing 100000000 pushups and situps a day!

I think I hate the Bruce Lee myths more than I hate 'Brad Pitt abs'. Bruce Lee was just a stick insect with ADD.

I have no idea who Chuck Norris is but assuming he could lift his ass off his seat then I imagine he had more muscle than Lee
 
You've probably seen him without realizing it he's been in many movies and is/was (is the show still going?) the lead on the TV series - Walker, texas ranger.

In Bruce Lee's films they had to tell him to slow down because the camera couldn't see what he was doing. whats up now?

I loved the two on Return of the Dragon.

Did you know Bruce asked Chuck Norris to gain 20 pounds for the role so he can look bigger?

Also, pound for pound, Bruce Lee was probably the strongest man in the world for his time. Even Chuck Norris in his book described Bruce as the strongest man he ever knew. He could do two finger push ups. He could punch a man 1 inch from his chest and knock someone clear across the room. He could also take a dime from your hand and replace it with a nickel before you are able to close it.

I don't think it's wise to joke about Bruce Lee. Unlike most modern day actors such as Chuck Norris, Bruce Lee had real life experience in combat. I have no doubt in my mind that he could beat any man in this world in unarmed combat to the death.

Chuck Norris is a good martial artist, but his moves are not limited to his famous roundhouse kick. He won his tournaments by combining both kicks and punches, something that many of the contestants lacked and unable to block successfully. Bruce believed a kick above the waist is waste of time and effort and asking for trouble in combat. However, when they met during one of Chuck Norris tournament, Chuck showed Bruce Lee some kicks that Bruce thought were very good and effective in real combat.

All in all, I think Chuck is bigger in size, but overall, Bruce is a stronger person even though he's smaller.

I also heard that Brandon Lee was conceived without Mrs Lee's knowledge, Bruce had stripped, done the business and sparked up before she knew he'd entered the room

Common guys, Bruce Lee was kick-ass and cool but the internet myths have got well out of control with this guy
