Weight-Loss which is worse Healthwise?

Weight-Loss
Mike, i think the answer is yes. the leanest pieces of beef available these days are as low in fat as broiled fish or skinless chicken. BUT, only if all visible fat is trimmed off first and your cooked portion size is no bigger than 4 oz. this of course depends on the cut (choice or select) i'm not sure which is leaner. you would have to talk to the person who cuts the meat at your grocery store and ask them because i'm no expert!

The reason I'm asking is I may opt for a piece of Beef instead of chicken for variety purposes once in a while, only problem here is I think a very "lean" piece of Beef is going to be VERY expensive, thanks.

thats one of the things that angers me! you TRY to eat healthy and end up in the poorhouse! i see myself from shopping leaner beef is always a couple more dollars than the stuff thats full of fat. and another for instance is barilla whole grain pasta which contains several nutrients and is WAY better for you than your typical store brand pasta that is usually 50 cents a box. THAT IS WHY POOR PEOPLE ARE HEAVY! THATS ALL THEY CAN AFFORD TO FEED THEIR FAMILY!!! so in other words, if you cant afford these fancy leaner foods, then your crap outta luck? isnt that what it amounts to? i mean you can exercise all you want, but THEY say it all begins in the kitchen right?

Yes, I have to agree with you, well, take consolation from me, look at what healthy living is doing to me, besides expense, it's giving me gas!!:D lol.
By the way, I have found out that it is the lettuce that's giving me the excess gas when I eat plenty of it and not the fruits or cucumbers so I have cut back on the lettuce and no problem with gas now, will have to find a replacement for the lettuce though. I will try different veggies for salad purposes. Regarding vegetables, exactly which veggies are the artery "cleaners"?

Forgot to mention Wonderwoman, for a year or so I have been purchasing the Berio Extra Light Virgin Olive Oil from Costco at $13 per 3 liter bottle, last week I paid $19 for it, I am considering going bakl to the Canola oil, does anyone think the Canola can substitute [Healthwise] for the Berio or is Berio the only way to go, if not, what other options are there?
