Haha my bad. I love Norway though, and its definetly a place I'd like to travel. Beautiful mountains and scenery.

Sweden / Norway..basically the same.

BLASPHEMY!!!

seriously though, it's not the same. We got these students from Sweden who came over to have a trip with us, and they took out their video cameras to record when we were driving along side a forrest.. I mean, it's just a forrest. And when there were elks and stuff there. So, Norway pwns :p

Nice.

But yea, i don't plan on getting drunk.

What city in spain did you go to?

Is it all beaches and night life. Are there any tourist or museums or anything?

Was planning on hitting the beach every morning and afternoon, then go to some tourist attraction. Then go to a club or something at night, or anything else they have for tourists to do during the evening.

Do they use the euro over there?

I went to Rota AB. I dont know what town it was near but I know people used to deploy to Moron AB for 30 days at a time and loved it. Honestly I only spent 1 night there and it was a great night. Memory is hazy from 7pm until 5am. We didnt sleep at all.

Im sure there are tourist things to do. Every place has tourist attractions. They have lots of friendly clubs.

Go to the greek island rhodes, to the city of faliraki! Im going there this year :D Full of night life and partying!

Or you could go to Spain (the baleric island of majorca) with the city of magaluf!! Also fulllllllllll of brilliant night life!!!!!

Lots of girls aswel ;)

Magaluf is a disgusting place though, and those girls you're talking about would probably shag you for a Mars bar so best to steer clear of them as well

Ibiza has a far better quality of visitor and nightclub

LOL Its not that bad, Yea i forgot about Ibiza, even though iv never been.

my 2 cents (been to all these places)

Ibiza: sucked. 10-1 guys-girls. very expensive.
Madrid: never had a better time in any other city, but only partied
Paris: snooze. bring a girl, otherwise, it's just got the boring tourist stuff
Sweden: had a lot of fun there. guy / girl ratio is good, but don't remember much. was only there for a few days and just partied with the people i was there to meet, so not sure how the locals are

my vote: Prague. I haven't been there yet, but it's cheap and there are a ton of night clubs. I've heard more good things about Prague than any other city combined.

Thanks AllCDnBoy that is exactly what I needed to hear!

Last night, I was looking around for some tours that take you around Europe. Paris - Rome - London. Or Amsterdan - Paris - London - Munich, etc.

Still keeping an open mind and trying to look for the best tour/vacation for the best price. Can't spend more than around 3000.

I've also heard very good things about Prague, will talk it over with the folks.

Just a bit nervous of Eastern Europe, ever since I saw Hostel.

As you mentioned Ibiza, Spain looks like a great location. Spain has been my favorite trip by far and I have been on a lot.

Though I would NEVER go ALONE. It is a VERY bad idea to go alone in a foreign country, without anyone, especially not knowing the language. I was happy at times to have my parents as backup if anything was to ever happen. You're only 18 so I would def bring a friend along. Also not all countries have the same laws/rules.( Say you were to get into a fight and got arrested, what would you do?) That is just my opinion though.

Spain is a great country and I would highly recommend it. I wouldnt worry so much about the language, most people you will deal with will be comfortable speaking english. The people are friendly, the history and architecture is fantastic, the nightlife is pumping (people eat dinner around 11pm because of siesta) and the women are gorgeous.

Prague is beautiful, but I probably wouldnt recommend it if you are goig on your lonesome.

I didnt realise Hostel was a documentary?!?!?!?

About Spain and Prague

1. Other than Ibiza, Madrid, and Barcelona what are some other good cities.
I probably wont go to Madrid because none of their hotels include breakfast or anything.

2. Other than partying. Is there anything else in Prague to do for tourists? Museums, etc.

Was also thinking about the Canary Islands...

Well, it has been decided.

I ordered my tickets to the Canary Islands ( Tenerife, Spain ), which is a part of Spain.

Will be leaving on the 25th of June.

It will be awesome. My room will be over-looking the beach, and volcanoes.
And there are supposedly supposed to be a lot of clubs, restaurants, tourist stuff.

Should be interesting.

I expect to leave white, and come back a black man.

Cool, I went there 2 years ago, which town are you staying in?

The North of the island is almost always cloudy and the south is blistering hot.

But almost no tax so take a lot of money if you can

I'm staying at the hotel called Hotel:Sol Sun Beach Aptos, so not sure which town it is.

CCR, you went there 2 years ago? How was it? What kind of things could you do there?

Would 500$ be enough to bring?

The hotel offers free breakfast, so I'm going to be eating 2 big meals a day.

Found out I'm staying in a town called "Adeje" I think. Which is in the south, and 1.2 miles away from las ameracas which is supposed to be the central city for night life.

Awesome.
