Where do you work out?

lol, I'm sure those folks are just interested in watching a man throw black tea kettles and sand bags everywhere like he's about to build a levee on his patio and fill it with tea...

I did some scouting today and couldn't find a place around my house that was tall enough, so I think I'll try something on the side of my house, like stick some horizontal poles into beams...I've got rings, or handles, rather (ripped em off my bowflex that I returned hahaha), but I don't have the straps. I'll head down to Home Depot and see if they have any straps like the ones you were talking about...if not, I could make due with some climbing rope or somethin. That is, if I could construct the thing...

Well I go to three gyms lol. Starr Fitness, Sparta Health Club and Pettigrew Green arena. Thats the beuty of doing sport specific training on contract

I have a weight setup in my living room for morning strength training with loose weights for deadlifts, heavy curls and BPs and a weider weight machine. I inline skate on the roads for aerobic fitness.

LOL.At least I am amusing to someone;)

Now that you mentioned Home Depot, I remember a friend of mine saying he bought a pair of rings there that he says have worked great for pull-ups and dips.I think he said they were selling them as assessories to a children's playground set or something like that so you may be able to find the same type of thing.

I like to train outdoors w/ kettlebells, sandbags, pull up stations etc. I own a training studio but enjoy the outdoors more. There's nothing like going down to the beach and throwing around a kettlebell or sandbag, and running around in the sand. Fun times.
