When do I start adding more?

Jacket Potatoes are basically Baked Potatoes.

They are simple to make and you can have anything from tuna, cheese, coleslaw or just butter in them. At least that's what I have been having along with pasta.

I have started rotating my meals now, Monday, Wednesday, Friday I have JP's and Pasta, whilst on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I have things like 100% beef burgers.

Sunday I'm treating myself to a Sunday Roat. I believe I should be allowed that. :p

This week seems to be getting easier and I am feeling much better in myself, so much so I have ordered some running shoes (I have been using my old tatty ones which are hurting my feet) and I have paid for a months membership at a local gym as I'll have the benefit of having more machines/weights to use.

One thing that has put a massive smile on my face is I weighed myself today and I have lost 7lbs in just over a week. :eek:
 
Hello :)

Just a little update along with my next question. I'm still doing it and I am now down to 14stone 2lbs which I am very impressed with :)

My question is about breathing. This may sound stupid but I got told not to talk when you're running as you waste breathe or something. Is there a way to breath whilst running that saves more breathe?

Stupid I know but you lot might have an answer. :)
