I get M&M too cause of my initials. My real name is Michelle.:)

Well my real name is Michelle. My grandparents have a tendency to call me Michelinga(Sounds funny even in Spanish) , Michelita, and the one I hate the most , mi gordita de oro( My chubby chick of gold) . I used to have a cousin that used to call me Mitch and at one time he tried to make Shelly stick but it never did. :cool:
 
Most people call me Mist. I've also been called Janka (play on my former last name), MM (my old initials), and my mom always calls me Mem (long e sound - though I have no idea how to express the pronunciation through spelling!). She has no idea where that came from, but that's what she calls me.
 
My name is Amanda. In my family we weren't allowed to be called by nicknames. It drives me crazy when people call me Mandy. My middle name is Elizabeth. Sometimes my best friend calls me Lizzie. I kind of like that. My daughter calls me Mommo. I really like that one. My husband always calls me "Sweet" sometimes I don't think he even remembers my name. :D Imagine in the middle of an argument being called Sweet. It's hard to stay angry when he calls me that. He's kinda smart isn't he? It works like a charm.
 
I never got that either. Apparently what you were named was what you were called. They were really funny about that. My brother was supposed to be Jeffrey, my parents thought he would be called Jeff so they named him Gary instead. Not sure why they decided to take a chance with my name. :) But, it works.

My real name is never mind, but I've been Maleficent online for so long, I answer to that as well - Mal is the online nick I tend ot go by... People who've known me a while.. call me ME (pronounced Em Me for my initials - or just plain old Em... -- for years I had af riend who thought my real name was Emma or Emily because I always answered to Em... :D My family calls me Nell (when they aren't pissed at me) and that's from my brothers, who couldn't prononce xxxx when he was a kid so he called me Manellen - which got shortened to Nell.)

My childhood friends called me Kiney (pronounced Ky-knee)--I have no idea why, but I am 43 years old and a few of them still do.

Some of my other very best friends call me Weenie which is short for Leanie Weenie. It is a derivative of my real name. I'll leave you to guess what that is. It has nothing to do with being "lean" as I have not been lean a day in my life

My partner calls me Butter Cup a lot. He also calls me Yoda which his him making fun of me because I sort of said something backwords once and it sounded just like something Yoda would say. He can't let it go.
 
My husband and I never call each other by our proper names when we are alone, unless we are arguing:D .

My nicknames include Mrs Bear (because he is Mr. Bear), Goldie (because I have a memory like a goldfish), Mule (because my maiden name is Melville and he thought Muleville was hilarious:D ), he called me and our beloved dog Georgina(RIP:( ) his two b*tches:D .

At work, one guy calls me Cookie Girl, because I cook and bake a lot. I get called Peggy Sue (my name is Sue) and when that song comes on the radio I get serenaded by about 20 rowdy posties!!:p I also get called Suzy Wong, who I understand was a prostitute, can you believe my boss started that one:rolleyes:
 
the nick names ive had are Shorty from high school pookie from a good friend she still calls me that today.Mzb@tch i gave myself (haha) and LeeLee some ppl manage to get away with calling me but not many
 
My online name when I started 'chatting' several years ago was epiphany - and ppl shortened it to Epi.

My real name is Brandy, my mom calls me 'Bran' lol, my grandparents call me pumpkin - more so when I was younger. My boyfriend and I have stupid gooy icky names for each other due to monesters inc ... he is googly bear and i'm puddin pop. I added some light brown highlights to my dark locks, he calls me blondie sometimes now too.

Yes it just might. He knew my morning was going to be rough with the chiro appointment. He had lilies delivered to my office. What a sweet man. Good thing I came into work after the appointment! lol
