I hate, hate, hate doing vertical straight leg raises. HATE!
My trainer says it is important to strengthen my hip flexors so I can get a better posture on my squats. So I'll do 'em but that doesn't mean I have to like em.
in general, I just really can't stand doing a workout that doesn't keep my mind engaged at the same time. If I'm biking, or on a treadmill or whatever, I have to have a TV or a book/magazine in front of me. Listening to music will do in a pinch, but I prefer something I have to actually focus on to get the most out of. There is nothing to make a workout drag on and on like being bored!
I hate doing any kind of calf exercise. For some reason my butt always starts hurting. I have tried all the angles and exercises ~ It always hurts my butt. But still as my calves get a good workout it still hurts like HELL!
i cant stnd any kind of boredom either, and slow exercises drive me nuts, i prefer to be hyped up...im with kasumineko...weight training is just annoying lol
I hate dancing cardio, but it's mostly a jealousy thing since I'm so clumsy. I have a love/hate relationship w/ most exercise. I hate not being able to be lazy, but I love my muscles!
No shit........I sometimes hate every minute I'm on that treadmill or elliptical, but when I'm done I think, "wow, that wasn't so bad and now I feel GREAT!!"
Treadmill. I detest it with a passion...especially since my dad said that it's the best form of cardio, which I'm not inclined to believe since doing belly dance which is effective cardio which works the entire body, and is fun too. No, Mr.treadmill is evil.
I LOve jogging and running. I hated lifting weight and bodybuilding. It didn`t give me satisfaction. I prefer moving... jumping, running and stuff, connected with movements.
I hate treadmill.
I mean.. well.. I don't mind being on it walking. I just hate how bored I get. I also HAVE to have something to watch while on it or I'll start focusing on my walking and every thing I'm feeling and I'll want to get off of it and stop.
I also hate any exercise that involves flexibility. I have almost 0 flexibility so exercises that require a little bit or alot frustrate me to no end.
I agree with Beagle- I can't do any cardio if I don't have something to focus on!!! I can do probably a third of what I'm capable of doing with TV. lol...
I dislike the cross trainer. I find that it is really uncomfortable and I feel really clumbsy on it. Though It really is a good workout, so I suppose I'll just have to keep at it because when its done, I know it was well worth it.
